They don't answer their phones! Was having issues with the online application so we called and someone answered saying they don't know why it's doing that. So we hung up then I called back literally 8 more times just to get the voice-mail when just talked. We even left a message and still to this day no call back smh

I've been with Portfolio for over 9 years. Any maintenance issues come up they have it fixed either that day or the next. We were new to renting when I found them and they helped us every step of the way. Good old fashion face to face of course is always best when looking at a property but with all the new technology, I love that I can pay rent online and mange maintenance request. Even calling the office if I have to leave a message I always get a phone call back within 24 hours. Highly recommended!

I had rented a house from this company for 3 years it was all great until I bought a house and moved. During my 3 years had replaced the dish washer with a 1500 upgrade also I replaced the fence. When I had moved in they're were no screens on the house. I did not think to take pictures of the outside. So when I moved they charged me for screens. When I had rented they had me put down a 2000$ deposit.
When I moved i did not receive any of the deposit back. I had and agreement with Diana at the last walk through that I had untill the end of the day to collect my cleaning things, carpet cleaner, cleaning stuff, removal of my alarm system ECT ECT, the locks were changed. When I had gone back to get my things I couldn't. My alarm system is a 2000$ system they did collect the alarm system and put it in a box however they did not get all my connection divices and now I'm having to replace my own divices.
This company is amazing at finding loop holes so you cannot take them to court. I had done A LOT and deserved my deposit they allowed to me to move into a house that was not up to par. Also Daniel had said when I did the walk through " I would have repainted and removed the wall paper " I said " I'm not in a great spot at the moment I can do it". I really needed a place.
If your needing a house they're really easy to get into, but wait till u move they'll screw you completely. Oh and they tried to stick me with a water bill after I had already moved.

Compassionate team members who care about making things right for you. I was able to secure a decent townhouse during a time I was looking to move fast. The team had just lost their front receptionist and during that time they lost my information. When I went into the office the team helped to get my application processed immediately and moved me in within a week.
They handled me with professionalism and really cared about my needs. I have also had great service with their Maintenance team. I also love that they offer online payment options and account management. It makes things a lot more convenient and easy to process.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They posted a property was for rent i applied online instantly around 7 am, later by 8 am listing was removed off zillow & portfolio website. Called office multiple times & left voicemails about property & $25 credit check for a property that clearly wasnt for rent. My call was never returned. Scammers

I've never dealt with a rental company before but they've made it extremely easy by helping me thru the whole process. Any requests you submit they respond very quickly and get the job done. I had been looking for a new place for some time and couldn't decide what property management to go with since most had eh reviews so I decided to try this co and here we are two weeks later no update on the application, property, and they barely answer the phone. Disappointed! So I felt like I had to update this since that wasn't the end of my story.
I got a call back I had been approved. I go take a look at the apt and it's nothing like the photos. Everything was new and renovated in the photos and when I go see the Apts to run down something I would've never paid 25$ to apply for. I asked for my money back and here we are going back and fourth. If you aren't going to give it back for your mistake then just say that so we can all move on w our life.

I very recently called on Portfolio Property Management Co. to help me set up my account on line, making it much easier for me to get things done without the usual headache of running around in this heat. They were not only helpful & considerate, but they were just super quick to get me the info I needed, and never left me hanging or waiting, which surprised me. I didn't expect that level of service. Had a very unfortunate experience with this company. In 2 years we paid our rent 1 Day late, and got a negative rental reference. They overcharged us for our deposit and nickle and dimed us for the return deposit. They overcharged for everything, and kept the entire amount. Be careful of fraudulent charges. They also lied on the original posting of the house- saying it had solar panels when in fact they were never turned on. I wouldn't rent through here.
