The PRANDI Property Management staff, led by Melissa Prandi, MPM, has more than 100 years of collective experience in the residential leasing and property management industry. We take your rental needs seriously and aim to answer all of your questions and concerns as quickly as possible.
Nikki Macias, Administrative Associate, is a Marin County native who grew up in Terra Linda and has been with PRANDI for over 10 years. She works directly with clients, focusing on protecting owner investments by managing property maintenance, and accommodating resident's needs. She is actively working toward earning her Certified Support Specialist (CSSSM) designation through NARPM.

I love my rental home and am very happy and grateful to have found this house. My experience with Prandi was excellent. The only issue has been with the company they hired to transfer the utilities into my name. I should have declined this service and done it myself because they have created a mess by using the wrong name and now I am trying to clean that up. Also, they were not thorough and did not close out some accounts. Not Prandi's fault but the company they hired.

Matt Prandi was very supportive and helpful with suggestions that helped make a quick turnaround getting a new tenant. The others I worked with at Prandi Property Management were responsive, and also very helpful. I would definitely use them again if I need to find a tenant again in the future!

Not responsive enough. In recent weeks they have not gotten back to me about tenant info I'm required to submit to the HOA, concerns about the unit being empty while the tenant is on vacation, and utility bills which apparently did not get transferred to the tenant. This has been a pattern, I simply don't get a reply to my inquiries.

I just moved into one of Prandi's apartments, and they have been nothing short of amazing from the start. Pam was great throughout the application and move in process, answering all my questions promptly, and, putting any concerns I had, at ease (I was worried my kids would disturb our neighbors). The lease on my old place wasn't expired, and Prandi worked with me on a suitable move in date.

There's been some minor issues with the apartment, and Kim has been very responsive to my requests, and everything was dealt with in a timely fashion. I feel like I'm in good hands with Prandi, and I'm loving my new place.

We have worked with Prandi for about 20 years. We have never had a bad tenant and never experienced any dramatic issues with our home when tenants left. Tony Pinochi has been particularly helpful when there have been issues with maintenance. Overall, they are very professional and responsive when contacted with an issue or question.

Lengthy application, takes HUD, kids, service dogs, not ESA, verified by odd third party and landlord approval. It took weeks. I paid rent and deposit early and just waited. My paperwork is legit. Very responsive to fixing issues from gas leak to toilet and mold issues on move in. I wish there was more compliance with the San Rafael no smoking ordinance in multi family housing apartments.

They sent out an email to tenants but it did not deter the smokers in and around the building, on the roof and stairs. I have asthma, do does my neighbor. I am not thrilled with the drug dealers in the alley. They could put more safety lights, signage and cameras. Professional company, and I can tell they care about the owners and the tenants. I am grateful for my lovely apartment and awesome neighbor.

It has been a rough year of pandemic and poverty, things may be getting better. They understand when I have been involved in the disaster response and cannot get back to them as fast as they do, as I am often working nights and odd hours and in grad school. We will get through this. One day at a time.
