PRESTIGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. was founded in 1979. We personally oversee the day to day management of over 400 properties and communicate with each Owner regarding all aspects of their property. We currently employ 12 highly qualified professionals and pride ourselves in courteous, prompt and accurate service.

My mom rented from Prestige Property Management for several years and always had nothing but great things to say. When I had to unexpectedly take over her affairs and move out of her place, they were kind, supportive, and incredibly accommodating. Everyone I worked with provided great customer service and replied to all my questions promptly. I highly recommend working with them.

Rented from Prestige for almost 4 years. The girls are professional and are quick to respond to repairs and other concerns. The 90 day inspections were a little excessive but i understand its a business. Even when i terminated my lease early they were fast a getting the house back on the market and treated me more then fairly when it came to getting some of the deposit back. One of the best property management places iv delt with i recommend them.

We have had a wonderful experience with Presteige Property Management. We have been with them for 5 years and the house owner decided to sale Morgan was there to help us get into another house. She took a stressful situation and turned it into ease. Morgan, Brie and Melissa have been nothing but courteous, professional and friendly to us from day one. Would not recommend at all whatsoever. They took majority of our Deposit and gave us the run around for months. Took over $200 for "Painting" when there was previous blemishes on our move in report. Then stated we were "Prorated" for painting based on the amount of time we occupied the home. When that was absolutely no were in our lease agreement to be "prorated".
Also didn't provide any official receipts for painting company repairs but stated the owner completed it himself. Also charged about $150 for a repair and painting to a bathroom wall that had previous damage we weren't responsible for and again no itemized receipts. Please check their Yelp reviews and complaints with the BBB. No matter what you do you might not get your deposit back just like several other people within Tucson the community. Be cautious.

Recently signed the lease for a very expensive property with Prestige. The entire process was very professional. The terms and conditions of the holding deposit and security deposits were explained in the provided sample lease and holding deposit form. The pre-move inspection report was provided and was very detailed with pictures of all existing damage, which was great! A little due diligence (including reading ALL terms and conditions) greatly simplified this process for us. So far, we are very pleased with Prestige!
