They took good care of our units when they took over and brought the quality up but increased rent $800 in one month and the manager Frankie is incredibly rude. She never speaks kindly and holds you responsible for other people's trash left behind. She is bossy, belittles you and is very unprofessional. Highly disappointed and I'd advice against this company. The owner should have stuck with the previous company!

I'm a resident of the Medowwoods Apartments in Tumwater and I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is ALWAYS extremely helpful as well as flexible with so many things. And don't get me started on my property manager Miss Stephanie Zurkirchen! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I can't tell you enough how wonderful and amazing she is. She is always caring, compassionate, helpful, and she will do anything in her power to help someone out. Inside and outside of work she is an amazing person! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to live in these apartments :

Stephanie of meadowood apartments it truly one of a kind. She's very outgoing and willing to help to her fullest extent possible if your willing to communicate your needs. She is the best property manager I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I recommend these apartments to any of my friends who are looking for a new home.

I am writing this review as a recommendation for anyone considering leasing a property/unit that Frankie Stiles manages. I have known her for 13 years and have found her approach to people to be very warm and respectful. She is a good listener who evaluates all information when making decisions. She is compassionate but will be firm when required. She will always try and find a solution to any problem that is the best for all involved.

Stephanie the manager of Meadowood apartments is a great manager! She makes her residents feel like they are at home! Everything is always taken care of as soon as its brought up! Shes the nicest and most caring manager I have ever met and I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment complex again! She truly is amazing!
