Not the best company to rent from. Office staff is constantly changing and especially since COVID started very hard to get in touch with. It is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but thus is not true and even when they are made aware of this violation, nothing is done. The best thing I can say is the maintenance guy at our property is great!

I have been living at Hampton Ridge managed by Princeton for about 4 years and it has only gotten worse. Rent also increased about $500/month since I moved in 4 years ago, despite the maintenance issues with old kitchen appliances, circuit breaker issues and leaky, moldy windows. Maintenance is lazy and doesn't fix anything properly. Took several requests to get the drier replaced, which took several cycles to dry laundry, until it left burn marks on clothes.

High turnover with property management and the current one (Sherrie) is extremely rude. She also likes to pick favorites with tenants, instead of treating everyone equally. She only listens to one side of the story when it comes to roommate issues and will assist one, but ignore the other. It doesn't matter if I'm the primary tenant who has been here longer and all the bills are in my name.

I was told that I had to pay for everything, even if my last nightmarish roommate refused to pay her share of the bills. Then I received no assistance from the manager when the roommate threw my bills in the trash and refused to pay her share. She intentionally ran up the utility bills she refused pay, by doing several loads of laundry everyday and leaving all the lights on every night, which I had to come home and deal with after work late each night, while she slept somewhere else.

She turned off my power, denied access to the circuit breaker in her room, and was stealing/damaging my food and property while I was at work each night. I came home from work late each night to find several of my food items missing and thrown in the trash, also trash thrown on my recliner. All because of a disagreement we had over her cat! Despite all this, management ignored me and refused to evict her, treated her favorably and instead threatened to evict me when I finally changed the lock to protect myself because nobody would help me.

She had moved out all her stuff without notice and was still coming in to destroy my food and stuff while I was at work, as long as she was still on the lease, but not living here anymore. What was I supposed to do, just let her continue? Maintenance requests are ignored, marked as "in progress" for several days and then marked as "resolved" when they were not.

I feel constantly ignored. Nothing is ever fixed properly or replaced, until it completely breaks. Even then, I have to jump through several hoops to get any help. Online maintenance requests are ignored and calling the management office rarely works because they are rude on the phone and don't want to do anything. So then I have to finally drop in at the office in person to get any help, just to be told to submit the online maintenance request that was ignored in the first place!

The mold issue around the windows has been getting worse, which is a health hazard for someone with asthma/allergies. I submitted photos of the moldy windows and have been ignored. I am not given any straight answers as to when this will get fixed, if ever. If I could afford to move and find a better place that is affordable, I would have a long time ago. Still stuck here for now.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Mt Pleasant apartments was already awful when we moved here two years ago, but has gotten worse since Princeton properties took over. They don't fix anything, respond to anything, or do anything beyond collecting money and threatening people. Avoid this company and apartment complex like the plague.

I've lived in one of their properties seven years and every small interaction is like pulling teeth. It took three years to replace one single bathroom fan. I once tried to tell them there was mold growing in the walls (after a pipe burst) and she said "no there isn't" and told us to leave. She had never been in there herself. The entire apartment is coming apart (cabinets falling off ceiling, tub surround hasn't been caulked in years) but I am currently on a six week fight to get a couple electrical plugs fixed before they kill the child that lives here so you have to pick your battles.

You can get a number of apartment ts nearby that would be roughly the same price and have actual amenities. Seriously, one of the mailboxes has doors/locks missing and someone was able to swing the entire front offit open the other night and take everything I side. Multiple vehicles have been severely damaged because they were towed with a valid parking pass still in them.

Management does nothing about them they send your calls to voicemail. Seriously if moving was as expensive as it is we wouldn't be here anymore. Last couple years really went downhill.

I came on here to see what recent reviews showed. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like much changed. I worked for this company at Arborview off of 162nd and Division in Portland around 12 years ago. I was basically set up for failure. I tried to file a grievance when I had problems, no one would hear me out. The property was filled with residents who did not take care of the property, which made groundskeeping all the more worse than it should've been.

Maintenance was unreliable. And having your rent as part of your pay is dangerous. They fire you and give you 72 hours to vacate. At least that's how it was back then. I told him that 72 hours was not realistic considering the circumstances in which they decided to terminate me. I never trusted the company as an employee, I wouldn't trust them as a resident. And that looks like it still holds true based on recent remarks other comments. Beware of this company. There aren't that many good ones in the area, sadly.

I have a place in Seaside I rent from Princeton Prop. And Denise the Bldg Manager is terrific. She listens to tenants issues in a diplomatic manner, issues with plumbing etc are fixed quickly and she is very professional, always willing to listen. I've rented several properties and worked in Prop Management myself and Denise is super impressive! IMO Princeton is a good Company to rent from.

I've dealt with Princeton property on multiple occasions, one I used to live in a apartment managed by them, and two I've done work at there apartment buildings. Let me start off by saying I have not met one person from a Princeton property that was nice, every single manager I've talked to has been extremely rude, I've also had a manager argue with me on my professional expertise, if you don't like or don't care what a professional has to say then don't call a professional!

Also I've never dealt with a company as cheap as Princeton! They are always constantly worried about the price and hounding how everything is so expensive. I've never dealt with a property management company that is so cheap, bunch of crooks if you ask me. based on the other reviews I have read it doesn't surprise me though. I can't be to upset though, it all comes down to lead by example and I'm sure it all comes from higher management, I would advise anyone to stay away from this place.

After our complex was sold AGAIN, the new owners choose Princeton to "manage us". I don't know if it depends on the price they pay for management as opposed to what quality of management each property gets, but it took them over two months to send someone out to clean up after the ice and snow storm we just had. All maintenance requests have gone unanswered, and the grounds are always messy. SO glad we got sold and are changing to PEAK Management.

Worst management group I've ever worked with. I've never been. So angered about the way they run their complexes. If I was was able to give negative stars, I would. Straight up, I've never had a manager tell us we have two covered spots and then take them away just to give us one back. Not to mention my wife coming home the other day to our home opened with every light on.

Or the maintenance man saying that he has permission to walk in to our apartment because "he has permission" yet every one of our maintenance reports say call to schedule. If corporate would have called back to rectify these issues, I might be willing to post a more positive experience. Compete trash management. Isabella or what ever the managers name at Evergreen Village, you're lucky corporate hasn't called me back.

(Willamette falls court) Overpriced, corruptly managed, other residents there are rude and will yell at you for moving in and moving out. The "park" is trashed and unsafe for children. Tried saying "Hi" or "how's your day?" To the manager and only ever got a mean look and rolled eyes. Manager was never in the office when ever we had questions or issues.

Once we moved out, a month later the manager comes up with lies as to why we need to pay her more money. When we moved in they said the whole apartment complex was getting new decks and repainted decks, year and a half later still no work done to the decks and now management wants me to pay for the new deck. I have caught the manger multiple times peaking in and spying on our apartment.

Maintenance takes a long time to get anything done. The year and a half we lived there was the worst and most uncomfortable experience ever. Whatever you do, do not live above the on-site manager. Will be going to court as there are more issues then listed.
