I've lived here for a little over two years. We've had some issues with the property being older, however the owner and Julie always went above and beyond to make things better in a timely fashion. Some of the appliances were a little older and they made sure if they weren't able to fix it, they replaced it. Julie is extremely professional and quick to respond. I felt comfortable living here knowing things were taken care of. The property owner is a gem! I would 100% recommend renting from them.

Fast, friendly service and response to requests. I needed a drain cleared right after move in and it was taken care of promptly. All communication has been quick and courteous. Really great management company to rent from.

Julie Gutwig is an exemplary property manager. My husband and I have been working with her for 15 years and she has always done amazing work for us. Julie takes care of every detail at our properties with efficiency and professionalism. She takes the time to find high quality tenants and, as a result, we have had minimal turnovers over the years. Julie provides us with detailed expense reports and end-of-year summaries that make tax preparation a breeze.

Most of all, I appreciate Julie's willingness to share her ideas as we make decisions. Her expertise has been invaluable when we've had to make choices about rent increases, renovations, and even property purchases. If you are in need of a property manager, you really couldn't find anyone better.

We are very disappointed in this property management. Since day 1 we have had problems with them. Anytime we had a problem around the house, the excuse would be "its an old house" We moved out of one their properties, once our lease was over. We were only allowed to use D&H carpet cleaning ( carpet cleaning only, which we had no problem) but we were told by the carpet cleaning company they didnt work on the weekeneds.

So the property management told us they would have them clean the carpet. We finally got our receipt and refundable downpayment a month later. We were charged $470.00. For urine treatment and steam cleaning. Mind you we didnt own any pets. House was left cleaner then when we moved in. I dont recommend you going through priority one management. Worst management we have rented from.

Lack of customer care. Who tells their tenants its an old house when problems pop up. We pay that amount for a reason. And for being charged 470. Is just crazy. According to our move out form we got. We were only suppose to do carpet cleaning only. Acording to carpet cleaning website 5 spaces would be 150. So 470 is just crazy.
