Professional Management A $35.00 fee must accompany the application for each adult applicant 18 years of age or older. All application fees are non-refundable. We lived in a condo for 6 months and had a great experience. We lived there in the winter and every time it snowed the crews were shoveling our sidewalks and driveway first thing in the morning. I signed a lease on an apartment and when I went to move in, it appeared to have new damage from a recent storm. PMI apologized for this and gave me back my full deposit. We have nothing but positives to say about Professional Management.

Unfurnished - One bedroom main floor apartment with sliding glass door to patio, coin operated laundry on site, wall air conditioner included, Tenants will be charged a flat fee of $75 a month for gas and water. No storage room. Unfurnished - 2 Bedroom / 1-3/4 Bath, Condo with double attached garage with automatic opener, dishwasher, central air conditioning, gas forced air heat, with 1,000 square feet in unfinished basement great for storage.
A: In some of our properties, pets are allowed with an additional $35.00 per month per pet. There can be restrictions to type, breed or size as well. The following pets are not allowed: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Akita, Husky, Malamute, Shar Pei, Wolf Hybrid, Presa Canario or any mix of these breeds.

From the receptionist, to returning phone calls promptly, project management and tenant screening, we have total peace of mind. Having managed our properties in the past, we greatly appreciate how seamless and stress free our rental ownership has become.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. They were awful to work with, refused to work with me in any way. I HATED having to associate with them for any reason. However, I will say, the maintenance man was great. Always on top of fixing any and everything I needed in a timely manner. But the people in the office were terribly rude and had very poor communication.

Every experience I had with them was as difficult as possible. They refused to work with me on any requests. Not having a lot of hope for getting any of my deposit back. If you can go somewhere else. DO!

They have been amazing to me and very understanding, everytime I've had an issue they had someone at my house fixing it almost immediately. They wonderful lady's at the front are funny and very understanding and nice. Love love looooove this company and all they have done for my family

Avoid this company at all cost. We went to a showing for a house and really liked it, so we were given an application at the house, then left. We got back to our own house and paid for the application fee, then filled out our applications. We brought them in to Professional management and they say they already rented out the house and wouldn't give back our application fee even though they rented it out before we payed. On top of it they were plain rude, and extremely unprofessional.

Bad wouldn't recommend if I could I would be a big fat zero. They led my boyfriend and I on to spend 70 bucks on an application fee letting us think we had a chance when they knew they already had someone. Bullshit. Sorry not sorry and rude customer service.

I am moving to Billings for a new job, and I have been in touch with Danah at PMI during the process of looking for a place to live. From the first phone call, everything about our interaction has been quick, professional, polite, and informative. This company has a good market presence in the downtown area of Billings, and they have my highest recommendation if dealing with a polite and efficient property management company is important to you.

Poor customer service, met by even worse attitudes. Unprofessional staff, nothing about them screams United for veterans. Really bad management, I've heard the tall gentleman with glasses and a goatee talk horrendously too people on the phone which I assume are other tenants.

Took forever to fix anything, took our whole deposit plus wanted more after moving out. Left the place cleaner than it was when we moved in.

Avoid this company if at all possible. I had a suspicion to do so in the beginning just by the demeanor of the first person I dealt with (Lisa). Very impersonal and sometimes just plane rude for no apparent reason. But as the rental market has been so bleak, I pretty much had no choice. If that's the case with you, make sure you have paper trails for EVERYTHING and EVERY MEETING.

They like to nickel and dime you. They don't care much for showing up when they say they will. And they show up unannounced. I don't think they respect the renters too much. They charge about 2x the cost of replacing anything that wares out + $45/hour for labor. And they won't give you itemized receipts. "We don't have too according to MT Law." I haven't talked to the property owner about this suspicion but they are probably a classic case of brown nose the property owner and snub the renter. What character!

I had to move from out of state up to Billings on very short notice, in order to start a new job, and the team at Professional Management was so helpful! They were very quick to respond to my emails and worked very hard to get me through the rental process as quickly as possible! I can not thank the team enough for all of their hard work in finding me a home. I am very happy and grateful for the service they provided me.

This place should be called "UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT" because the shit you hear about them is true. They don't care about maintenance, yard services. They don't care about doing the "right thing" whatever it takes to make their quota at the end of the month is all that matters.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We rented a space from them and the process only took a little over a week (memorial weekend) Parking is a bit tight in their lot. I would suggest street parking if you can. When we're there a pickup did not park in a slot and it was difficult to het past them. Please note even if they had you would have a difficult time getting around them. Depending on where they park.

Extremely disappointed. I rented with professional property management for over a year and took extremely good care of the home. The yard was garbage. The garden space was completely overgrown with weeds and I spent hundreds of dollars on fertilizer and soil and many many hours to bring it back to life. When I moved out, I left the home in better condition than when I moved in.

They asked me to write a good review for them, which I would have happily done. until I received my refund of my deposit in which they refunded 21.00 of my $885.00 deposit. I hired a professional carpet cleaning service and spent two entire days scrubbing every inch of that place. When they sent me a list of the things that "still needed to be cleaned, " I attempted to contact them to discuss it. EVERY. SINGLE. ATTEMPT to connect was blatantly IGNORED. I'm so incredibly shocked and disappointed at the blatant robbery. If you can avoid renting from them, do so. If you have no other option, don't expect your deposit back.

Slum lords. They claim that light bulbs are $50. They make their own guesstimates on how much repairs are. They will randomly show up and enter your residence with 0 warning claiming that it's an emergency. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The "veteran owned" company, but the guy in charge is rude and shows 0 signs of military service. He seems like one of those guys that got really into airsoft and just claims he was military.

He was extremely rude, made up a lot of false accusations. Had 0 evidence of anything. Wanted to charge $166 for "cleaning" a heating unit. They also go in before your fully out and take pictures then to try and say you left the place a mess. They try to take your deposit and then charge you more on top of that. This place is completely bs. They are a trash company

Lived at one of their properties for about a year and a half. We constantly had to ask them for maintenance which they were hesitant to do. The most frustrating ordeal was during the initial stay at home order in the beginning of 2020: they had the roof replaced and tree removal come all without telling us, and then we were charged for the damage they left. Oh, and the company they hired for tree removal catcalled and harassed me in my own yard, and did nothing about it when I informed them.

I've dealt with some poor landlords and rental companies in the past, but never have I had to be on defense as much as I have with professional property management. Everytime the phone is answered someone has an attitude and it's like fighting tooth and nail to get what you need from them. Not to mention the fact that they'll openly accuse you of vandalism and threaten to make you pay for it without video evidence or even solid evidence at that. A word of advice to your renters, please focus on building good relationships with us. Take the time and do better. We're not just business transactions.

Charles and the team are absolutely amazing to deal with! I was in a tight spot when I came to them. I cant believe how fast they got me into my space. They went above and beyond for me and I'm so greatful to have found them. I definitely recommend using their services.

So far first impressions can really last. Not only was the house we are renting not ready for us or anyone for that matter, but when I went in to turn paperwork in, one man looked me up and down and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt as though the other staff members were not very nice. And I don't say that to upset them, but I will just say that I feel like they were short with me about questions I had.

I feel like they were rather rude. Honestly I understand the need to rent a home too, but there are some important things that don't work right in the house yet. I do feel as though it is their responsibility to make sure those things aren't an issue for their tenants. I'd like to see that they are kind and customer service oriented and their homes are move in ready.

At this point, if I could give negative stars, I would. We have now been in this rental for 9 months and they do not seem to care about fixing things that do not work. They have "patched" the leaky bathroom tub, (yes it is still leaking and it does not make me feel very safe), but they had someone look at the garbage disposal well over a month ago and the back fence still has a huge hole that my dog can easily get out of. You guys. Don't rent from them. They clearly do not care.

Rented a house from them with my wife. So many problems from the start. They said they would be out in a few weeks to fix some "minor" things around the house. Stuff like; painting the soffit, hand railing was hanging on by one screw, yard water pump was busted and didn't work at all, downstairs drain was plugged, room smelt like cat piss. Two years later they attempted to fix the water pump, failed to fix the sprinklers.

Still leaving the painting and handrail unfinished. They called in a service guy one time for our dishwasher once. Took 2 weeks to get that fixed. Poor customer service. Everything we spoke about person to person they backed out on. Make sure you get everything in writing, or it never happened with them. The owner is so two faced like that. I will never rent from them again, nor let anyone I know rent from them. They charged me over $5000.00 after I moved out with a 30day notice. It's crazy what they get away with. Don't rent from them!

I wish it was possible to give these slum lords 0 stars. I haven't even rented from them, but I was interested in a property they manage and upon looking at the rental which was listed as available, I found several maintenance issues that hadn't even been addressed. A light fixture falling out of the ceiling and being held up with duct tape, broken towel racks in the bathroom, and a giant pile of trash and an old sofa in the yard.

I was told that they would need two weeks to fix the issues on this "move-in ready" property, but still required immediate payment to hold the house for me. It's disgusting how most property management places try cheat people, and professional property management is no exception. Definitely do not live up to their name.

I wish zero stars was a an option here because this company is an absolute slum lord. Maintenance requests were rarely addressed in a timely manner, if at all. Eventually after we submitted several requests to have an extremely hazardous porch repaired the owner threatened to serve us notice if we asked to have anything else fixed. They never came and repaired damage from the spring 2014 hail storm, and honestly the list goes on and on.

The only positive of the rental was the school district and decent rent. When you move out, don't expect to get all of your deposit back even after you have the carpets professionally cleaned. We were sent a list of items that were supposedly dirty, even though our walk through inspector checked the same items as clean! Avoid this place at all costs!

These guys are crooks. The year we rented went fine, they fixed things that needed to be fixed. I gave 30 days notice we would be moving out on November 8th, the day our lease was up. This is where the problems started. They told us to call to schedule a walk through, upon hearing we moved out a few weeks before our lease was up to give ourselves ample time to clean before the walk through, they took the liberty of scheduling it themselves and calling the morning of to inform us of it!

We were not prepared, they didn't care. Don was a dick and nothing was cleaned yet, we said whatever. Then they told us to schedule our final walk through. Once again don took it upon himself to schedule it for the 4th. We said no, he tried to be pushy and acted like he was doing us a favor by letting us out of our lease early when we called the 1st to see what our pro rated rent was for the month.

We insisted on paying through the 8th when our lease was up, he was very unhappy, turns out he has scheduled new tenants to move in before our lease was up. We re scheduled the final walk through for Friday the 7th, too bad they didn't show up! Now we are trying to reach them to schedule our walk through for today as they already have the new tenants putting stuff in the garage!

Obviously they don't plan on any extra cleaning since they are already moving other people in, so better not try to charge me for it! We will fight tooth and nail for our close to $2,000 deposit, hard way or easy way. These guys are crooks, stay. Away.
