Professional Property Management

It's the little things - the hallways always smells like marijuana, I've had to replace three tires since moving from running over nails in the parking lot, and they gave me a $100 laundry card (which I was super pumped about!) but the laundry machines in my building only take coins. I do have to say, the people in the office are very friendly and understanding! I'm unsure of her name but the gal who cleans the apartment common areas is the nicest person I've ever met!

I have only had 1 issue since I moved in, and maintenance fixed that the very next day. Water, trash, cable, and WiFi are included in the rent, which is nice. The only bill I pay is electric. Depending what building you live in, some don't pay electric either. Overall it's a quiet place to live and the rent isn't bad with all utilities included.

I like living here. They take good care of the property. Maintenance is very prompt. They could be a little more elderly/disabled friendly.

I'm happy with my quiet unit with picturesque views and good neighbors. Environmental Services is diligent with property upkeep, including landscaping, pest control, and prompt snow removal (usually by 6 a.m. weekdays) and efforts to discourage too many resident Canadian geese. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and very courteously. I've been impressed of late by the value of the pre-emptive measures they undertake, like K9 bedbug inspections, regular pest spray, instituting parcel lockers to hopefully cut down on theft, and sprinkling salt on icy building entryways and sidewalks for winter safety.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Contacted the office at my property several times about ending my lease at the end of the month. Received a reply the next month, and am now being forced to pay rent when I have already signed a new lease.

Been here for about a year and a half. Really pleased with PPM. Very responsive staff including maintenance staff. Laundry machines are communal but that's a small price to pay for everything else I get. Rent includes internet and cable and the stability and speed of the internet is excellent. Even then, the rent is competitive and very reasonable.

PPM is a great company, they take care of their property really well. I like living at one of the property they own called Sun Prairie Apartments complex, and I like living here a lot.

I have lived in PPM apartments for about 5 years. Yes, the rent has gone up, as all rent has. However, the management has been very helpful in getting any internal apartment issues fixed very quickly. They have all been very friendly and expedient. We live in a middle apartment, and they did institute something new recently, where if you have noise issues, you call the cops, not them.

This is something I'm not too thrilled about, because we have regularly had people who stay up all night doing who knows what (sounds like pogo-sticking or running laps) above us. It would be nice for PPM to have a process to handle this sort of thing, if it's not loud partying. Otherwise, everything has been professional, we have felt very safe, and had no questionable neighbors. All in all, a good experience.

One of the worst places to live. Yeah it looks all nice, but trust me cockroaches and there were things broken when I moved in a year ago and they still haven't fixed. They just upped my rent on me. Over 900 dollars for a 1 bedroom for 1 person is ridiculous. Nobody comes to fix things. There isn't even enough room in my kitchen to move my fridge just so I can open my stove all the way. Very poor place to live for a high amount.
