- Hard to get call back from the staff.
- The guy who handles the maintenance is rude and he doesn't care to return the email or the phone call.
- They charge a lot for minor repair and they don't fix problem, in one go, and again send for the repair so that they can charge more.
- I assume they should have contract with companies for repair and should be little cheaper that's not true. They charge more, there must be commision they are getting from the maintenance companies.
- They are supposed to inspect the house in regular basis but they don't do that.
- I suggest not to use this property management company for managing your property.
