There are four options available to you to pay your Association maintenance fees, listed below. Payment may be made by check or money order, made payable to your Association or at any local BB&T branch (with a payment coupon). You can also apply for Association Pay service. This service will automatically deduct your Association maintenance on the third of the month.

I would give them no star! Most expensive in the area, newer shared their running expenses. Very poor communication. Only time they will contact you is to tell that you have to pay more. With few exemptions employees are arrogant and rude. They have multiple complaints with BBB and have very low (1.5) rating on Yelp. They should by put out of business.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are the management company for a condo I own at Tradewinds East in Clearwater Florida. Specifically, they find reasons to excessively bill for items that are unnecessary. Most recently my tenant received a letter stating that the fire inspectors would be in to inspect the fire alarms at 8 am. She waited until 930 and no one showed up.

Now she has received a $65 fine for having a locksmith break into the condo. When questioned about this the management company and specifically Emily Clark, states that they were on property at 8 am and that was enough to warrant the extra charge. It did not matter that the letter stated that they would be at the condo at 8 am, and told me that she would get lawyers involved if I didn't pay it.

So obviously no one is going to hire a lawyer over $65, so they basically extort extra money from the residents. If you are a condo association and are looking to hire this management company I highly recommend that you do not!

BEWARE PREDATORY, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I never come on Yelp type places but I feel I should make things known about this poor excuse of a "company". Speaking specifically about progressive management in Palm harbor, there are multiple around. This company is SURE to avoid social media such as Yelp, google, or any other way people may speak about them, they must know how they are.

This company is not established enough to have a working website, they still advertise there website that does not work, expect them to never answer the phone you must leave a message and wait and hope for a response back. Shortly after moving in to my condo the first contact I get from them is a false accusation along with a bill for something I did not do.

After speaking to Emily Clark it is clear they have 0 respect for people, and barely think in a way that respects each individual, ONLY interested in money. This excuse of a business, practices bad business from my experience. For a company that can't keep up with something as simple and basic as a website, they have a huge amount of ego, very small amount of quality, respect, and honor.

I really don't know what they do for us since the Condo board has taken a lot of Progressives responsibilities away and also with poor results. I've lived here 3 years and I have never received 1 piece of mail from them. At every condo meeting I tell him and give Bill my email, Still nothing. I've had a hole in a beam for 2 years now outside my door. Iv

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Don't expect any response from them when you have a problem. The manager "J" does not call back personally and it's a rarity that any action is taken. We've dealt with this company since they started many years ago, and it's always the same.

I was very impressed with Progressive Management Inc. From when I walked in everyone was polite, professional and friendly. While I was waiting I observed the front receptionist take calls in a professional manner and handle many calls without being flustered. I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued. The staff I saw as they walked by and the entire staff that I encountered were dressed accordingly. it was run like every business should be run friendly, professionally and smoothly.

I have been working with Progressive Management Inc. for almost 15 years now and I am very happy with their level of service. I highly recommend them. They are definitely one of the best management companies that I have had the pleasure to work with.

Absolutely dreadful. I may have received one call back during the one year plus that I've been dealing with them. Yet when you are forced to call back to again request information, you get indignation for your efforts. From the receptionist to the actual property manager, the sense of disinterest feels tangible. Do yourself a favour and be prepared to know exactly what information your require, even if you yourself are not a property manager and have little knowledge as such.

It would seem that every person, with whom I've spoken thus far, is having the worst day of their lives. Clearly the less than stellar reviews are having zero affect on the awareness or desire to be better.

Horrible Experience! THIS COMPANY DESERVE LESS THE ONE STAR, VERY RUDE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO REALLY MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES SINCE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RENTERS AND OWNER'S ISSUES, THEY CHARGE 450 DOLLARS FOR HOA apparently for this amount water, lawn, and roof are included, however when the raining season arrives the roof start leaking and obviously the ceiling got damaged and they not cover the ceiling repair? are you serious! i have a leak on the roof i need to wait a week to have a poor repair done, and when it is raining again the roof will continue leaking at the same spot that was leaking before, who will pay for the previous repair on the ceiling? nobody because they are just very irresponsible. definitely I am not recommended this company to nobody at all.

Horrible experience, zero communication with the owners, slow repair work and poor quality! Only 5 months ago I bought my house and I already have problems because the staff very rude and never available. I have two months with an unfinished roof and no one informs me about the reason why it is unfinished; When I get to contact them Mrs. Tara has been unprofessional and rude. I think it's better to have no manager than to have them

If I was able to give a ZERO STAR review the progressive management inc. from palm harbor would be the one to get it. I believe progressive management has to be the WORST company that exists. They are HORRIBLE when it comes to managing property, and on customer service. They take their time and are never their when you need them. They only care about taking the money of their residents and and using the cheapest and worst companies for repairs or maintenance. From gardening to roof repairs they cant be a WORST company to count on than progressive management.

As the President of the HOA that was involved in hiring this company, I can tell you it was a mistake. They promise the world and their delivery is extremely poor. I could go into a long list of examples but I would need a book full of incidences with no follow through or follow up. It took 4 months to replace the dryer and washers that were broken in a building that depends on them to do laundry.

It usually took months for things to get done that should have been weeks or days. The agent came to meetings and couldn't remember what we had talked about. The list goes on and on. Beware of this company. The owner has a great presentation but the agents don't manage and oversee much of anything. Proceed with them at your own risk. We moved on and got another company.

TALE OF PMI's CONSISTENT MISMANAGEMENT: As a homeowner at one of PMI's client HOAs, my lawn was destroyed by one of their landscaping vendors, In Touch. I would prefer to call them Out-of-Touch -- AND -- I would also use that term to describe PMI's lack of response to the affected homeowner. For eight weeks I've asked PMI -- through their rep., CATHERINE GANGLOFF -- for some indication of a remedy or plan for reviving or replacing our dead lawn.

She -- as always (for the past seven years) -- has been CONSISTENTLY UNRESPONSIVE. My lawn was sprayed with fungicide and/or insecticide with -- NO WARNING -- to us to water! Unlike professional lawn chemical specialists -- like Massey -- who always provide work orders and recommendations/caveats like watering requests, In Touch provides nothing! Ms. Gangloff -- whose actions have been repeatedly unprofessional falling into the lowest realm of CUSTOMER DISSERVICE -- should have contacted us and let us know WHAT will be done/tried and WHEN.

Instead she remains INCOGNITO -- as does Maureen Reardon, PMI's owner, who we also contacted. If I were part of the HOA board, I'd fire them and go out on bid to three new management companies. PMI and Gangloff are CONSISTENTLY slothful, disagreeable, and insensitive to the needs of their clients.

Progressive Management either ignores or has an extremely slow response time to residents. I live in a community where the HOA employs Progressive Management and they are very difficult to deal with. You would think that since us, the residents are paying their salary through our HOA fees that they would care a little more about customer service. NOT! I would not recommend them at all.

This company takes a very hands off approach. I have worked with them as an "owner" and never failed to be disappointed in their responses. I would not recommend!
