Slow to fix issues that affect neighboring buildings, as well as their own. the gate at capitol manner apartments is broken and has been making a continuous beeping noise for the past two days. it sounds like a smoke detector that's run out of batteries. its loud and its going 24/7. I called PMIs offices around 1PM and I was told that it would be fixed today. their offices are now closed and it is still beeping so I don't have much hope that I'll be able to sleep tonight.

Hands down the best company I have rented from. They are quick to respond to any work orders I have put in and everyone I have come in contact with has been very friendly and professional. The place has always been clean and feels safe. This is the second home I have rented from them and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Project Management, Inc. has been a great place to work. I was a resident at one of their properties before joining the team. The experience I had as a resident was excellent. It helped me build interests in this job field. Now, I am fortunate to be part of a team that strives to help their residents enjoy where they live. The team is always supportive and attentive to help resolve any issues that residents/employees may have. The company is family oriented, higher-ups are very professional, and always open to new ideas to expand their business.

5/30/2019 Manager, Marge Cari at El Camino Real Apartments, stated we where approved, asked us to get money orders and drop them back off in her mail drop. Move in date was to be 6/7/2019. We did what we where told. I called the next day, left a message, called again and she stated so sorry but the company has denied your application, and she thought it was a good idea to mail them back to us, that day.

The post mark on the envelope was dated 6/1/2019, we where staying at a motel at the time, which she knew before filling out the application. I would have gladly picked up the money orders then. No phone call was ever made. Before the paperwork, I was very up front on our current status and how we got to that point. By her company's policy we should have not filled out an application or charged an application fee of $35.

We called her supervisor, Eileen about our deposit, sorry can't help. Marge had also lied to her supervisor about the whole scenario. Denied telling us to get the money in right away before anyone else does. This was a total waste of my time, energy and money. As of 7/1/2019 PMI received the envelope back from the post office with the money orders enclosed. On second thought maybe it was a good idea that we didn't get this place, true colors where shown on every level.

They say if you have nothing god to say say nothing. Yup. ok they can give a rats but about their employees no vacation NONE goverment mandated sick leave only. They dont pay mileage. The managers tell you to after you have been here a while just clock in but you dont have to show up. We make our own vacation.slimeballs

I love working for PMI. PMI is a family oriented business. Many of the employees have worked for PMI for over 10 years. Including the Controller, Velina Green. She has worked for the company and will be retiring after 44 faithful years this summer. PMI gave me a second chance to work for them after I was relieved of my duties in 2010. I have been working again for them for almost 4 years now. Dustin Neutzling is the best man in the business.

He treats his staff better than I have ever experienced in my entire career. I am a Salary Employee and receive several weeks a year vacation. The other staff are always there for each other and we provide coverage for each others properties. I'm excited to come to work every day not just because of the people I work with but the Person and Company I work for.

Project Management, Inc. has provided many opportunities for people like myself to grow and thrive in this industry. Hourly employees do not receive paid vacation. Site Maintenance that do not travel do not receive mileage. Its unfortunate some people don't see what true qualities make a job great and worthwhile to return to day in and day out. For me and many of us working for PMI, the persons you're shoulder to shoulder with matter more than a few extra days off.

A boss that is understanding and treats you with dignity. A Company you have faith and belief in. Consistency in your life which starts with a quality Job and that's what I have. I work with great people, I work for great owners and I'm able to serve a community of renters well because of PMI's longstanding reputation and its outstanding Industry Partners.
