Full time student/ disabled Veterans, unable to make it passed the application. 1 of the 3 places, I gave as rental history, no longer exists. I have the Wounded Warriors, VCP, and the local church all ready to assist in my deposit and first month. I make enough to qualify for the income restrictions. Might have saved me from a mistake. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! YOU WILL FIND NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR CARE HERE.

PMP has given me the opportunity to live in Lyons for many many years. Resigning my lease is always hassle free, and Darla is especially helpful. When I had some concerns she responded promptly and professionally. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst property management I've ever dealt with, PMP are greedy scam artists who will siphon as much money out of you as they possibly can when you decide to stop renting with them. Would rate lower if it was possible, do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this company, they dont deserve anyones business. The prices being cheaper are what draw in some folks but I'll tell you now you'll likely end up in a cockroach infested dump. Not worth it at all will not be renting with them ever again. Hope they go out of business

Disclaimer: I am not a tenant, but someone who was looking at their properties and will not look to do business with them any more. I should have read the reviews from others first! My complaint is with how they run their business. I set up a showing for one of their houses in Longmont, and called to do so. The man I spoke with said the *morning* of the showing I'd receive a call to confirm the showing.

The day of the showing I missed the morning call due to a meeting but I called back and spoke with a real person to confirm the showing, and the lady said she'd confirm with the leasing agent. At the time of the showing, no one came to the house and I received a text that it was cancelled. After I called again, I spoke with the same lady I spoke with earlier and she said showings have to be confirmed 30 minutes beforehand.

No one ever told me this rule and only told me about the morning phone call. This is after I called the morning of and the same lady confirmed it for me. They clearly have no consistent practices at this company, go back on their own word, and this just shows me that they would be terrible property managers. Do what you can and avoid them.

I am terrified. I would never have rented this place had I known what I was getting into. My property management company has changed for the third month in a row, since Jan. I accidentally paid rent to the wrong company Apparently they said they put a note on my door to notify me. I showed them my bank statement. They required additional proof funds were received by the owner with no insight how to do that.

A threatning letter was placed on my door-and the owner had the money all along. I finally was given access to my online account which shows three months back rent and late charges. This is nuts.

Horrible company. The experience of renting from these sorry people was pitiful. My room mate lived at one of their properties for 2 years, me 1. They kept all the security deposits, carpets were nasty when we moved in, and once we moved out we were harassed for even more money for "damages" and bills for power and utilities that were used after we moved out. My paychecks are still being garnished by these guys

First, I want to say I made a good choice of having PMP to manage my rental property in Longmont. I'm not living in town, when I was looking for the property management in Longmont, I did some research and I called several companies in the middle of Jan. Monika is the first person who I spoke with when I called PMP. She was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I was impressed by her. Then she had Chad called me the next day. When I talked to Chad, not only he is very professionally but also personally. I feel like he is my next neighbor who will take a good care of the property. In fact, they are! After I signed the agreement, Monika set up my accounts in the system immediately and told me that I can call her or email her anytime with any questions.

How nice of her! Chad and I also discussed repairing issues. I feel Chad is a good listener and open minded. No wonder he has such a good team. I feel everyone in the office is friendly. Now, the property is rented out. When Monika called me with the good news, I can't be more happier than that. I want to take this opportunity to thank them. I appreciate their great efforts and excellent services sincerely. I'm glad that my rental property is in a good hand.

I tried for over a month to find a place to live with them. They Took over two weeks to show me one place while they were going over my application and asking for all kinds of different information that was not clear on the application and the realtor was late for the meeting. I had to inquire twice about it before she informed that it had been signed for a week after.

I tried to contact them several times and didn't hear back for days on end only to get cryptic reply's about "moving my application to another place." About two weeks after our last contact, she emailed me asking the same thing about moving my application and I responded that I had found a place privately owned. She managed to reply to me about that within the hour instead of the usual 24.

Very poor communication with a near monopoly on the rental market in Longmont and just very unprofessional, eg will answer the phone with no identification and will be rude when I ask whom I'm speaking to. Overall a terrible experience and waste of time and my $50 application fee. Avoid at all cost.

Completely useless give them 50 bucks nonrefundable so they can tell you that you don't qualify. Should be laws against things like this.

I have not had a bad experience and have been in my home for 2.5 years. They respond very quickly when I need something fixed. Always friendly when I call. Very affordable, which is appreciated when rent is ridiculous everywhere else.

I dropped off a modification form for my unit on Monday, May 11th and was told by the lady at the front desk (who was very friendly and professional), that it would take about a day or 2 to review and approve and if I didn't hear back from Janet the manager by the end of the week to give them a call on Friday. On Friday, May 14th around noon, I called and left Janet a message. Janet never called me back. Today, Friday, May 21st, I called again and this time Janet answered and she was VERY rude and unprofessional!

She told me, "first of all, it takes more than a week to approve a modification form", even tho at this point it's been almost two weeks. She then proceeded to tell me that if I check the portal I would see the update was made last night. I had been checking the portal on a regular basis and only called in today because when I went to check the portal, it was down due to "scheduled maintenance".

Our board has only been working with this new HOA management company of ours for a couple of months now but I think it's time our board looks for a new company to manage our HOA. A HOA manager who doesn't return phone calls, is unprofessional, and has poor communication skills, is a big problem in my opinion. I never had any issues, lack of communication, or bad experiences with our prior HOA company so to deal with this today was just awful, to say the least. The one star is for the lady at the front desk because if I could give 0 stars, I would.

I've been here a month. Getting into this apartment was easy enough, very long process and I felt like an inconvenience everytime I checked in on our application status. As first time renters, my partner and I had no idea what to expect, but so far, we have been screwed by this company. The neighbors in the building next to us have four pets and are heavy pot smokers, but record and take pictures of pets and kids playing in the backyard to send to the leasing agents and have families evicted for owning pets.

There are 12 pets that live on this property and we have been threatened eviction because we have an emotional support animal. Don't trust anybody. I have had men shine flashlights into my glass door looking inside of my home. They only allow six month leases so they can raise the price of rents after six months. Based off of other reviews. I already expect not to receive my deposit. I'm pregnant and know that I'm going to get taken advantage of. Do not rent with these scanners.

They connect people to cheaper (so oldish/uglyish/not a lot of features) places, and my apartment is 2 bedrooms for 1,000 a month in expensive Longmont. I've never had a problem with management or matanance, though I've not bothered them much. Overall, if you need an affordable place they're awesome but it's probably not going to be your dream apartment!

When we requested an exterminator for cockroaches, he said it was probably an infestation from the upstairs neighbor and we couldn't do much except spray for them. A few months later, we had to request the exterminator again, also mentioning what he said the first time in hopes that PMP would get someone to check out the neighbor so we wouldn't have to keep doing this, but PMP just ignored us.

When we moved out, they tried to charge us a "large trash item" removal fee of $120 THAT TOOK PLACE WHILE WE WERE STILL LIVING THERE. I cleaned the entire place for hours to get it as clean as possible and somehow they still tried to charge for 8 hours of cleaning? PMP originally gave back $330 of the $900 deposit, but I fought and managed to get a total of $550 back, which is still ridiculous. The receptionist never seemed to know what to do but always acted like it, so most of our issues never got resolved. This place isn't worth the hassle.

I had the misfortune of renting from PMP for two years, and felt the need to add my own voice to the chorus of people singing their unhappiness. PMP has got to be the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The leasing agent I dealt with in general was pleasant and professional, but other than her the staff I had to interact with were uniformly rude, unprofessional, and wont to give inaccurate information.

The receptionist has refused to transfer my call to any other party at the office to address my issues, and gave me patently false information. I had issues of unlivability in one place that went unresolved. The parking areas in both places I rented were so bad I had to use street parking to avoid damage to my car from the potholes. They are unresponsive, and some of the contractors they use are incompetent.

They will keep as much of your deposit as possible, so if you do have to rent from these people make sure to mark down every tiny little flaw and issue in the property at move in. Also make sure to note anything that is absent, I was charged for a fire extinguisher that was never there in the first place, as well as charged for installing door stops that were never there in the first place.

They will also keep the deposit for the full 60 days allowed in Colorado, so something to keep in mind if you rely on your deposit being available in a timely fashion. They got two stars because one star reviews are lost in a sea of angry renters, but trust me when I say they deserve zero. Do anything in your power to avoid dealing with this horrible company.

I've lived in my unit a year and this is my summary: They don't allow ANY flexibility if you need to end your lease early. They will charge 100 dollars extra EACH month if you choose month to month after your year lease is expired. The carpet in my particular unit was disgusting when I moved in - wrinkles and bubbles where it's coming off the floorboards, strange black tar spots/stains all over and they refused to have it replaced even though many of the other units had new carpeting for the same rental price.

They failed to mention before I moved in that there are annoyingly loud and frequent pipe sounds that are so obnoxious they wake me up in the middle of the night (my unit was above the boilers). I'm sure they will charge a carpet cleaning fee when I move out, even though the carpet is overdue to be replaced. I usually leave my rental immaculate when I move out, but something tell me it's not worth it with these people.

They will take my security deposit regardless. This is what allows them to have cheaper rental units. If they do give me a fair security deposit refund when I move out, I will remove this review. (PS - funny how the employees here give a 5 star rating just to boost their sad reviews status)
