I've lived in my unit for 14 years and only once have I put in a request for a service call and ZERO response from PMSI The service requests is for a roof leak at that! You would think that there would be some sense of emergency, but no not at all. This is a horrible company and the sole reason why I would never again want to have an Hoa. They will threaten to take your home if you're even one payment late, but provide horrible service when you need a service that you are paying for.

PMSI is a property management company for developments/condo properties in FL and GA. Unfortunately, as a condo owner, one inherits the existing management company, so if we had a choice, this one would NOT be it. They are dysfunctional-- lacking in basic, timely communication skills, efficiency and professionalism! On more than one occasion, we have had HOA payments returned to our checking account with no explanation and no notification with a resulting late charge! Requests for basic documents, during a refinancing process, were ignored after numerous reminders and requests.

Turn over in office staffing has produced inconsistent performance across the platform. Recommendation: if buying property with an HOA and a Property Management overseer, it would be worth researching both before investing!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Terrible customer service for home owners! Management is RUDE and unprofessional! Waste of money. They don't take care of current issues in the neighborhood and pocket money.

For some reason I keep getting my Mother's HOA booklet. I have called them 4 times to get it fixed and 4 times they said they fixed it. She doesn't live with me. She sold the house and I still get her booklets. They even have my dad's name on it and he hasn't lived in the house in over 20 years. It was my mom's house. I tried to call them (this will be the 5th time I ask them to fix it.) after hours and the answering service is ran by one lady.

She told me to call back and refused to take my message for the office. When I called back I had mentioned the last person wouldn't take my message. When I asked her, "doesn't answering services take messages?" She huffed, , stayed quite. When I spoke again, she started yelling at me. It was the same lady, she starts yelling at me again when I tried to explain why I need to leave the message with her and then hung up on me.

I tried to call back later and it was the same lady, again she hangs up on me. I ended up loosing my temp completely. I work customer service, so for me to get mad at someone for doing their job, they are obviously not doing their job. All she had to do was take a message. She acted like I asked for her first born. They are beyond unprofessional. This company is just intrested in money. Not anything else. All I want them to do is stop mailing me stuff that doesn't belong to me.

I have owned two condominiums in the area that PMSI has managed for the HOA. I am constantly amazed at the incompetence and wonder how they stay in business. I would like to get my HOA to move to another property management company as they do not return phone calls, emails, and generally thwart my efforts to get business accomplished.

Andrew and staff were very helpful, these reviews do not represent what Property Management Systems stands for. If you want good reviews go to Disney world. The only negative reviews you'll see on here is those who are non compliant and can't stand being told what to do! Get real you live in an HOA. Thanks PMSI, keep up the good work.

PMSI is a household name in the Nassau County for a reason. They might not give you want to hear but they are going to give you what you NEED to hear. I'm 67 years old and was educated on ARB requirements in minutes. This all you can ask for out of your management company. Don't be flattered by logos and slogans Scott, Lisa, and Sherri mean business and that's ultimately what it takes to run a successful HOA in the sunny state of Florida.

Darcy helped me SO MUCH. She is so sweet and was willing to be patient with me as I had MANY requests. I have no issue giving PMSI 5 stars!

PMSI does a fabulous job managing my community. They are extremely pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person. I highly recommend using their services if your community does not already.

Unable to rate as a 0! We moved into a neighborhood in 2015, asked a board member how to pay the dues. He gave me an email for the company. I emailed it and never got a response. A year goes by and the board member told me he heard we hadn't paid yet, I told him we haven't heard from the company to know how to pay, how much to pay and who to pay. Emailed them again. Fast-forward 2 years later, we contact them multiple times via phone and email.

Finally get a hold of the rudest people in accounting and found out they had been sending the invoices to the old owners from 3 years ago. They sent us an invoice to our address finally, charged us a certified letter fee and charged us a $50 fee for putting in paperwork to put a lean on the property since we didn't pay. I called and spoke to Olivia and was told that it was our fault they had the wrong address and that we should have known to pay January 1st without them sending an invoice.

She said by law they don't have to send an invoice and that is just a courtesy. They would not remove any late fees or even care why we hadn't pay. Pretty much, she just told us to pay whatever they deemed appropriate. They are a bunch of CROOKS that don't do anything but attack the good neighbors while others destroy their houses and bring down the property value while they do nothing. I hope our neighborhood picks a new HOA before they run off all the good people!
