EMG (Evergreene Management Group) was established by PSC Development in 1985 to manage their multi-family affordable housing properties. Beginning with Hartland Apartments, EMG successfully managed a wide range of affordable Section 42 properties throughout Utah. In 2007, EMG began offering its management services to 3rd party clients. Beginning with the Artspace communities in downtown Salt Lake City, EMG has grown and continued to diversify its portfolio in Utah and New Mexico.
We currently manage over 5,500 residential units that are comprised of market rate, affordable Section 42, mixed use properties, new market tax credit, HUD financed properties, student housing communities, and over 135,000 square feet of commercial space.

I don't rent there yet.(I surely hope I do) The leasing office was so patient with me. I Struggle because I have M.S (Multiple Schrosis) as well as a T.B.I (traumatic brain injury) Wendy was the one that helped me. She was very patient and so helpful with filling out my application. Very sweet and patient thumbs

Their Albuquerque apartments are low quality. They don't maintain the pools and rarely follow guidelines. I'd tread cautiously if I were you. Just in case you didn't notice, most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Their property amenities are minimal and their "courtesy patrol" is non existent. They swap through managers a lot. Wonder why?

I love EMG! They are by far the best management company in town. They are so clean and the staff is wonderful, especially Shelly. She is super fabulous manager. She is extremely knowledgeable and customer service is her specialty. I've seen a lot of changes in the company over the past 6 months. all for the better!

Terrible company who made up any excuse to charge me extra fees upon moving out. I lived in my apartment three weeks while working full time and was barely there before my mom died and I had to leave. Months later I find out they they charged me a $100 cleaning fee that if went unpaid would go on my credit report. When I called and asked about it because the walk through was fine, I was told it was because "the apartment smelled like pickles." But they didn't notice until months later? What a joke. My individual manager Carlos was nice but honestly dealing with upper management was stressful.

If I could give no stars I would. I moved into a brand new complex by this terrible company. From day one none of the security features that were stated we implemented. The gate to the parking lot that I paid additional money for every month was never working throughout the entire year that I lived there. I have now been out of the apartment since June 30th and the idiot named Megan pretty much is waiting until the last moment to process my refund.
I want nothing but to receive my deposit and be done with this terrible company. I hate that my sweet apartment manager, Emily works for such a terrible company! Let's see if I actually receive my money any time soon. Not a customer service based management group!

As an apartment supplier, i have had the pleasure of working with EMG for many years and have always found them to be honest, friendly and ethical! They really care about their residents and the people they work with. I'm also impressed with how they manage their properties. They have the magic touch to transform old into beautiful communities where anyone would be proud to call home!

I have been working at my property for 3 years now and when EMG took over it was like magic. Our property began to grow in such positive ways and bring in new and better ways to do everything.
