I have been following the REIClub site for years. I finally decided to become a paid member of the site. There was a mixup with the bank for the first month because I recently changed my address, the payment didn't go through. For the second month, the payment posted with any errors. Erica from the REIClub personally reached out to me to welcome me to the REIClub, that was impressive! She followed it up with a welcome email.
