Here on an update to previous review. Notice no response from company to my last review. No response to Better Business Bureau claim either. Ever wonder why they are not member of BBB? Currently pursuing in court. Had to track down owner of property as well. Recent very generic 5/star reviews obvious covers to boost stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT rent from here. Unless you enjoy having roaches in your fridge, stove, and all over your floors and walls. The property manager is acting like this is NO BIG DEAL and it took a week for her to even hire someone to spray (they went with the cheapest company though). Roaches are still alive and well now and she said it's our problem.

We have to figure out a way to get rid of roaches even though we paid $1500 in deposit and move in fees already. You would think that a company that provides housing would one: treat their clients with the utmost respect and do everything in their power to help with their concerns and two: have exterminated the roaches before anyone moved in to begin with.

This is so unfair and all I get told is it's my problem. MY PROBLEM when I didn't start the infestation (we haven't even moved in.) MY PROBLEM when they're clearly in violation of the law by renting out property that's INFESTED. MY PROBLEM when all I'm trying to do is move in and not have roaches crawling around in my FOOD that I put in the fridge. This is the WORST.

I am back to update on a review I left 3 months ago. I have been in my rental property since May and still the window I reported not fitting properly has not been taken care of. Now that it's rained heavily in my area a few times, I've had to use old shirts and towels to keep water from pouring into the room. I was told last at the beginning of November that the owner's maintenance person is supposed to fix it, but of course nothing has happened. Today(12/9) it rained heavily again and I walk into my kitchen to learn that there's apparently an issue with that window as well because water not only flooded the window area but also overflowed into the kitchen sink.

Prior at 5 AM this morning an entire shelving unit in the master bedroom closet came crashing down. Also, the little vent cover that's over the dryer vent outside the house is falling off. I doubt at this point the real home owners are even told about issues, if they are then it's amazing they wouldn't give even the slightest bit of a damn about their properties. Oh, but at least maintenance can tell me to blow a fan on any walls or carpet that get wet to avoid mold, which is great. Hopefully the disease I have, that lowers my immunity, won't be impacted by the mold I'd bet is growing inside the walls since I can see the paint puckering on the walls near the bedroom window.

Maybe I should try to find a way to place a fan inside the wall!? I left another message regarding these issues, but it's a waste of time since I know they don't care. Update: The primary issues with the rental property (closet shelving and loose windows) have been resolved. The maintenance guy, Jose was a pleasure to work with, so too was the woman who reached out to me to rectify the situation, Cali.

Although I am still disappointed it took so long to get the ball rolling on repairs, I am happy the repairs were done and everything seems to be good as of now. I updated my review from 1 start to 3.

This company manages some properties in beautiful neighborhoods, but the properties themselves are not well cared for. I have reached out to maintenance 11 times in the last month (8/15, 8/6, 8/5, 8/1, 7/27, 7/25, 7/23, and 7/18) regarding the same two issues to no avail. They don't care to actually maintain upkeep on their property for damage from previous tenants, but they'll sure be really fast to try to charge you for an overgrown tree.

Even though the home my family moved into was sitting empty for a month before we moved in, in mid-May, and all of the issues I've called about were mentioned in our move-in walk through, somehow I can't get a response about a window that doesn't actually fit properly in a window sill and a refrigerator with a door handle that fell off from the previous tenant taping and gluing it.

I'm attempting to take care of this property because despite these issues, I actually like this home but you don't care. I'm sure if it weren't for the fact that these issues are documented and I have record of calling you SEVERAL times, you'd probably attempt to charge me for them once my lease is up. It really should not be difficult for you to tell me what you would like my family to do with the refrigerator door handle.

I never asked for a replacement fridge, as the fridge works fine, but what am I supposed to do with the handle that has fallen off? It should not be difficult to get someone to look at the window. If it were to rain, water would get in and possibly cause mold damage, which I'm sure you'd probably try to find some way to make me responsible for. There are a total of ZERO reasons why my family should be getting the silent treatment from your so called "management" because of lack of care for the property from the previous tenant. I am no idiot, but I am running out of patience. I am fully aware of my tenant rights. Please take care of these issues. Thanks!

We have been renting with RPM for a few years now, and they are nothing but professional! In fact, during an abrupt sale and facing an unexpected move, our rep was so helpful, so accommodating and so friendly. She made a very unpleasant experience a lot more tolerable, including dealing with a most unpleasant homeowner! She fought for what was fair for us and we greatly appreciated her effort. Anytime we have an issue they are right on the spot to help us out. Absolutely wonderful property management company to work with.

My husband and I were new to the rental housing market and ended up renting a home with RPM last year. RPM was the most professional company that we spoke to! I felt comfortable with them from the beginning! Everyone is so wonderful from the staff in the office to Carrie, our contact. As I know from other family members that have rented from other management companies, there is a big difference in levels of service and communication. RPM is the best! I worked with manager, Lynette, she is so amazing, so sweet and professional! She's made my rental experience amazing! This company takes care of their rentals. and tenants. Any concerns or repairs were handled quickly and professionally! I trust them to enter my home when I'm not present. Paying rent was easy online. Definitely a great experience!

We have worked with Carrie Janeal at Real Property Management East Valley for two years. Prior to that, we had a property manager who took several weeks to return our phone calls. Carrie has been very responsive and exceptionally pleasant, even though she has many clients besides us. She is very organized and thorough. We appreciate the care with which she analyzes potential renters.

The end result is that we have had two excellent sets of renters in our property with very little work on our part. Carrie goes the extra mile -- even watering a new tree for us when the property was vacant and going through the property with our new renters to assure them it was "scorpion-safe."

We recently had a vacancy in our Tempe townhouse, and it only took Carrie Janeal with Real Property Management East Valley a week or so to find the perfect new tenant for us. She was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions we had. She made the experience smooth and effortless for us, handling all the details from start to finish.

We have had RPM as property managers for a couple of years now and appreciate the quarterly maintenance visits they make to the unit. It saves us money in the long run since little problems don't have the chance to grow up and become big ones.

Have nothing but great things to say about RPM. I've given them 3 referrals because of the excellent service they provide. Always received awesome customer service from my leasing agent Carrie. She was always easy to get in touch with, up front and honest, and notified me any time repairs needed to be completed. When it finally came time to sell my property, Carrie was happy to assist with the process even though that essentially meant she was losing a customer. If I were to decide to purchase another rental property, I'd be calling RPM requesting Carrie to manage my property. Thanks for 8 years of great service!

RPM has been an excellent choice for us, from getting our condo rented to repairs that needed done, they have made our experience as landlords a very worry free one. Rhonda had it rented within a few weeks of putting it on the market and the tenants are still there after over 2 years. Marie has been great to work with, any repairs that have been taken care of, in a quick efficient manner and she even looked for a second option if she felt it was warranted.

I had some questions about the rent we were charging and Gene did research for our area and got right back to me with great information and suggestions, I really appreciated that! Anytime I've emailed Clint, he has responded within 24hrs. It's tough to choose a management company to care for your property especially when you live far away.
