Real Property Management

This company is unprofessional. They advertised a property for rent that I inquired about. They never got back with me so I called again. The person who answered the phone was totally unhelpful rude and condescending and ultimately referred me to the website. There I scheduled an appointment, filled out the requested info and my appointment was confirmed. Then after changing my schedule they cancel last minute siting nonsense about the pet I registered on the initial application.

No one's reached out just text text text not professional at all thoughtout this so called pandemic you're still collecting money so answer customers called schedule walk thur. This viruses is over or wear the face protection furthermore I know you guess have lockbox options. The housing market today is a complete joke. BEST OF LUCK FOR MANY. ONE STAR FOR NICE VIEW ONLINE OF DIFFERENT PROPERTIES

As a home owner you pray for good tenants that treat your home like its their own and pay their rent on time. RPM has made this experience outstanding. The BAR will be very difficult to obtain for future companies we work with. But if ever in Central Florida we will only go to RPM!

Planned on moving in here with my fiance, we are both full-time college students. Right before signing the lease she had lost her job so we are now moving back home, the company has decided that even though I never signed my portion of the lease agreement and we never actually moved in that they are going to keep the deposit on the apartment. And now they aren't responding to calls or emails about this matter. So if you are looking for a professional property management company do not use this one, I beg you!

I had the best experience with Walkidia Reyes, at Real Property Management & Realty. I cannot recommend her enough. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and got my house sold super quick. She was very responsive to all of my calls, texts, and emails. She answered every question I had and made the whole process of selling my home easy and stress free. She was a pleasure to work with and I loved doing business with her.

What I've realized is that you'll never be happy with any property manager you ever contact. At least RPM answers, fixes what you report and help you resolve HOA complaints without trying to steal your money when you move out. Since living in Orlando this is the only property manager I haven't had to take to court to get my security deposit back. They're website makes sense and usually you'll be able to get a human on the phone.

RPM took care of my rental property for two years, then worked as my selling realtor when I was ready to sell. The experience was fantastic. Chris was super responsive to any questions I had. They found a great long-term tenant and took care of literally everything, all I had to do was sign off on decisions. When it came time to sell, the choice to go with them was clear, and it was the right decision.

That process was just as easy as the two years of rental and I couldn't be happier with their service. I would definitely choose them again if I decide to get another rental property!

UPDATE: My how things change! So we signed the lease and got ready to move in. Fortunately we did not plan movers for the weekend that we picked up the keys. The cleaners had to come back and clean the house before we could move in. The garage door has no remotes and I was told the owner would reimburse me up to $50 for new remotes. Ordered new remotes and they would not pair (learn) because the button was missing from the unit.

The refrigerator has an ice maker that we could not have know did not work before we moved in. Submitted a maintenance request for this and the technician came found the issue and said that the unit is 21 years old and it might be cheaper to replace than repair. Got an email today and the owner is not willing to replace or repair the refrigerator, as the icemaker is considered a convenience per the lease.

Good ending though, they are supposed to fix the garage door. We worked with several people trying to find a home to suit our needs. I found this one on a website and got in touch with them. Mrs. Reyes responded that same night and let me know she would get us a tour to see the home. We got to see the home and applied for it as soon as we got back home. Within 3 days, we had been approved and set a date for move in. Can't wait to leave apartment life!

We just signed our first lease with the company and so far everything has been very professional and well handled. Even setting up a tour to visit the house was easy and very helpful in our decision to move forward. Overall, we are very pleased with RPM and their customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with RPM realty after a friend who's worked with them for years recommended them. I had just come out of a bad experience with a realty company that didn't seem to care about me in the least, and I found this wonderful company who went above and beyond to make me feel as if I was their only client. I worked personally with Chris Calise, who was an amazing agent.

He's professional, smart, knows his industry and doesn't steer you in a false direction about the market or how your property will fare in it. He's honest and incredibly knowledgeable in the field and knew exactly how to market the property I was selling. He had great advice for improvements and once I decided to sell rather than rent he took the time with each offer I received to break down costs and the value to me.

He went out of his way to find the repair people I needed and even negotiated price with them to get me the best offer and handled it all for me since I live hours from the property I was selling. Any time I needed him or had a question--big or small--he always responded immediately and with a thorough response. I have owned and sold many properties in my time and I have never had such a professional and competent and non-self serving agent to work with.

I really cannot say enough great things about this company and about Chris. I highly recommend them and I can say with complete conviction that you can trust absolutely any real estate need you have; buyer, seller, renter in need of a rental--with them. I assure you that they will take the best care of you and make you feel as if you're the most important person they're taking care of.

If I could leave 0 stars that would be more accurate. Horrible customer service. I had to do most of the leg work for the office. Horrible communication. They wouldn't stay 10 minutes late to accommodate us driving all the way from Tampa to sign Dishonest about the move in condition. If I had only paid more attention to the reviews. I will not make the mistake of using such an unprofessional company again.

Please do your homework! Look at other websites reviews. I went off Google by mistake. When researching keep looking you'll find that I'm not just an upset renter. The pictures prove it.
