Your Blueprint For Success

Tenant Placement
If your property is vacant then we fill it. We coordinate all advertising. We get reduced pricing with all of the advertisers, so it is cheaper for you to advertise through us. We can post your property on the nation�s leading rental websites. Your property manager will discuss with you what forms of advertising will be most effective for your property. We do all the showings. We qualify all applicants by pulling full credit and criminal reports, verifying employment, and checking resident history. Once we find a qualified applicant we coordinate getting the lease signed.

Rent Collection
Once the lease is signed we collect the deposit. We collect the rent every month. If you would like us to coordinate the payment of any bills associated with your property, simply route those bills through our doors and we will pay for them out of the incoming rents. Regardless of what you would like us to pay or not pay, we will send you the balance every month by check or direct deposit. You will receive a itemized statement each month detailing any transactions that took place on your account.

Inspections
We inspect your property approximately every 90 days to ensure the tenants are taking good care of the property and maintenance problems are discovered as quickly as possible.

Maintenance
We coordinate all maintenance with your property. Tenants and owners benefit form our 24 hour on call maintenance staff. Clients may also submit maintenance requests on line. Our full service in-house maintenance staff will ensure any maintenance issues with your investment are taken care of quickly and professionally. Evictions / Collections

I want a call from the corporate office. I'm disgusted with how I'm treated by your employee. I will be reaching out to KSL investigates, get Gephardt and the better business bureau. Possibly a lawyer as well.

I hired Real Property Management as property manager. They did an ok job in the first year. However, the partner who we worked with left and the service quality went downhill: lot of accounting mistakes and took months to get hold of the property manager. So, we decided to terminate the contract. At that point, the property manager still owned us $900 in rent payment which is supposed to be settled within 30 days as laid down in our contract.

It took them 3 months to pay us $200. For the remaining $700, they said that they paid it to us by mistake so they charged us that amount to balance out the account. The thing is that they never paid us that amount so they just randomly took $700 from our rent unlawfully. We spent hours going through all financial statement and created a spreadsheet to clearly show them that they never transferred us the $700.

After months of calling, we finally got hold of Michael, the remaining partner. He did a poor job explaining the situation and at the end chalked it up to accounting error and said that he would check with his accountant. Now, after a month of not hearing back from him, we couldn't get hold of him through emails and phone calls. When I dropped by his office, it looked like the office was abandoned with ton of mails on the ground.

In my experience, all of these are signs that the business is going through crisis and will go bankrupt eventually. I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid them so that you don't have to go through the experience that I have. If you are doing business with them, I think you should switch service provider.

We have never even rented from RPM before but our application process was a mess. We applied for a listing and a few days after, 20 minutes before we were supposed to see the listing, they called us and said the price had been raised. We still looked at the property but the woman who showed us did not know the answers to any of our questions. After we decided we wouldn't be able to afford the new increased price, I called and emailed numerous times asking for our application fee back since they bait and switched the listing.

This was a hassle and I did not hear anything from them for days after they repeatedly said "we will get back to you by the end of the day". I can't imagine what renting would be like if applying was this complicated.

I'm currently renting from RPM and have been for a little over a year now. I'm a property manager myself so of course, I'm going to be extremely picky about everything. RPM has exceeded my expectations! Their responsiveness has always been prompt & their professionalism is fantastic! I would highly recommend this company for your next rental, they're awesome!

Recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company while renting. They will do ANYTHING to get money out of you so beware. They charged me for carpet cleaning at move out when I had the carpets cleaned professionally and even attached the receipt with my move out packet. I paid the whole lease up front and throughout the year, I had to deal with a pathetic, unprofessional, and uneducated worker named Alyssa.

She is very rude and does not care about the tenants. They don't do repairs on time, and they kept charging me pet rent when they were notified, and also verified that I no longer had a pet. Overall, I highly suggest doing yourself a favor and avoiding them at all costs.

DO NOT RENT FROM RPM! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a leasing company and I will not rent from them again as well as tell everyone I know NOT TO RENT FROM THEM! The maintenance people they sent out were never there to fully repair things, only a temporary fix that "should do the job" that we then got charged for upon move out. One of the repair guys said I didn't have to be there to have something fixed then got charged for a no call/no show?

If you want to waste your money, they are glad to take it from you! Landlords are not helpful & not friendly I might add. Don't care about you, only want your money. Ken is mean, not a fan. Can't express to you how much I absolutely hate this company.

I am a relatively new client with RPM but so far they have been excellent. Daniel is very responsive to my concerns. I have a unique situation which makes it more of a challenge to rent my property. but Aspen and Daniel are working diligently with the situation. Am hoping for continued success after the first of the year! Good job and would recommend RPM.

I have used Real Property Management as both a renter & a home owner. When I decided to go with them I didn't realize it was the same company I had used when renting an house. I decided to use them because prices were reasonable & customer service to get set up as a landlord was great. The same holds true 2 years later. It was a relief when I did made the realization, I knew that my tenants would be well taken care of & 3 tenants later they still are.

My home has also been well taken care of making sure that it receives the maintenance needed through out the year. As a homeowner living in Texas with my home/property in Utah it was a scary idea renting from a far but Real Property has made it easy. I would & have recommended them to others to use. Daniel my property manager is very attentive to not just my needs but my tenants needs.

Same day equipment repairs, friendly people to work with. Dan has always made sure we've gotten what we need. If I'm going to review these guys I better get a little more details.

I can pay my rent online, I get awesome support and service, and I have options if I ever need to move again because their a Utah property management company. They have relationships with all the repair companies so no matter what my issue is, they can help with the quickness! Good company to work with.
