Not sure what gets managed, maintenance request never get solved pretty much on your own. I have lived at my property for 2 years with a number of problems I've had to fix myself. Should have known when I scheduled a viewing and 3 other people were scheduled the same time, and I feel like people off the street get hired to fix things some men did crawl space work and my floors have never been more unlevel and flooring has popped up " I know I work for a foundation company" even the guys hired to cut the grass run over trash & debris knock things over and don't even bother picking it up thankfully I'm at work when they come or I'd have a trashed vehicle. my ring bell catches this weekly thankfully I'm a good neighbor and clean up after laziness all in all I would never recommend this company not even to a enemy.

Wow the fact you can call a company twice in a day about a issue and go online to tell them too and nothing happens. Let's talk about water damage. I feel bad for the actual owner of the properties. Because you guys are running them into the ground. Also the fact you want to argue with your renters about how you are not doing your job is very unprofessional! So please don't try to act like I'm wrong because I have pictures and proof of everything. Be ready for court. Renters have rights.

Wont do maintenance, the property on Russell st has rats. Property management wont respond. I had to break lease to move wouldn't take HUD after saying they would to get me to move in.didnt get deposit back.

I was looking at a place I tried to call them to see if It was available they never answered my call and never returned my calls. I called 3 weeks later they said it was taking back by owner. Never called me back to tell me

The fact that the majority of reviews are negative, and the fact that they're on here arguing with every negative reviewer speaks volumes. I mean just like Michael Jackson's case, people don't consistently say the same things about you and it not be true.

Worst experience Ever renting from them. They knew about a CO2 leak and my home & planned on NEVER telling me. Oh & NEVER give these people a security deposit because regardless if you keep the place stop less, Alisa & Mary will not give it back. Be sure to review all your renters rights when renting with this company, they will try to get over on you.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They scheduled an meeting at a specific time, never showed up to the location and after 10 calls they answered saying the property was just rented. This is the second time they done this with the specific house to my knowledge. To me and to a peer of mine.

I have put in multiple requests for maintenance none of them have been answered. I've lived here for almost 2 years this coming year because I love my house, however we all have rats now and the company is non-responsive. The maintenance request that I put in over a year ago have yet to be answered. They have no full-time maintenance crew so nothing gets fixed or done.

They hire random people off the street to come and mow your grass so you have no idea who is coming to your house to do what, when they do hire them. I am disabled and I cannot get a grab bar in my bathroom, or a new surround to attach the grab bars too because it's cracked. These people are absolutely the most non-professional people I have ever met, and I suggest you have nothing to do with them.

I've never had a problem with the company. They pretty much said what they we're going to do. Let us go month's during the pandemic paying rent weekly with no late fees which was an awesome help. Late fees have started back up. All tho kinda wished they would have waited till the first of the year but i understand. I'll just be a little better off by then. Thank You for working with us and I'm sure countless other's.
