SHADY, no professionalism rude, READ THE CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING PLEASE. Worst place to do business with, if there is a possibility of assigning a negative star it would of been done. We have been renting with private owners for more than 3 years and last land lord decided to sell so we started looking for our new temporary home until we buy. So we came across this 3 bedroom home for a decent price and good location.
We proceeded to contact this agency and no call no response, so we had our agent contact them and no luck. Days after we received a response and explained about repairs to the property, cleaning, painting ect., they agreed to some and allowed us to paint, a constant rude and unprofessional service once we found out the changes they made to the contract, nothing that was agreed was on the contract but also added a $75 for repairs, stated that the house was not going to be professionally cleaned, there is rat poison under the kitchen sink right next to a hole about 2ft in diameter, bathroom stinks and toilet is cracked( we offer to replace at our cost ) we also summited the application for the 25 of May 2019 and it was approved but then they stated that the moving date was the different so we agreed at the 15 but once the contract was written the date changed to the 10. The rude treatment after we confronted the unexpected changes we were told and I quote "you either want it or not because I have tenants waiting, ".

Never use these people. I'm living with a abusive husband and abusive stepdaughter. I'm divorcing my husband and moving out. My home life is hostile and I could be seriously hurt at anytime. TheyWILL NOT REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE LEASE! The stepdaughter isn't on the lease and she has a eviction that's seven months old and they won't evict her. Therefore my name will be on a house where I can't live.
