Several of our competitors say we're a conservative firm. That is fine, but I would use the words 'patient' and 'sharp' when describing us. We have experienced people who know what they are doing. We consistently rank among the area's biggest commercial real estate firms.

I own a coffee shop in a strip mall managed by Kessinger/Hunter. The property manager assigned to our property does nothing. Repairs and maintenance are never done on schedule and usually only done afyer enforcing the terms of the lease or after the city issues a violation. Any calls to the PM end in him spinning things his way so that he does not have to do any work.
I have had to clean up and deal with storm damage in the parking lot, donation bin overflowing, and take down shreaded banners on light poles in the parking lot. When I reported I had water coming in my back door he said the back door was my problem. It took months until it was raining during the day when I was there to film water pouring off the gutters because they were clogged and telling him that per the terms of the lease the gutters were his responsibility until he actually did something. Ihave never had to work with a more incompetent or lazy individual in life.
Running my business through COVID and now through inflation has proven to be nothing compared to dealing with incompetence or greed displayed by one of Kessinger/Hunters PMs. Even questions about our CAM fees getting doubled are meet with a smoke and mirrors show which makes all of us in the complex question what he is hiding. I don't know about hiring them but I am never going to lease space in a complex that Kessinger/Hunter manages ever again.
