Critical: Professionalism Placed two phone calls hoping to Lease a property to Richard Shaffer or whatever his name is and both went unreturned. No class. Unprofessional. Go elsewhere. Most realtors will welcome your business. This guy is a bit full of himself.

Beware! Worst rental company ever as they will charge you for everything. They refuse to fix things in a timely manner. They charge you for everything. I gave my 60 days notice to terminate my lease, Rich Schaffer accepted it and then I was charged rent for an additional 6 days past termination date so they could keep my security deposit. Asked for documents regarding my refund and never provided it.

If you have no choice to rent from this company be sure to read your lease. I had to move out to move into a skilled nursing facility and they charged $450.00 lease termination despite I asked for a month to month lease after living there for three years. Very unprofessional and greedy.

We have used this agent and company for 10 years he represents and protects us with good qualified tenants. Gives attention and direction to any repairs that are needed. If I have a question he returns my call quickly. In addition his office assistants are professional and helpful. I am thankful I can depend on Resorts Real Estate.

I've had my property rented with Resorts for the last 10 years at comp price. The property hasn't been vacant for more than a 30-60 days in that time span. They do a great job!

They are great real estate agents and property managers. Always took care of renters needs in a timely manner. Of course, some renters are in a hurry to get things done now. And expect things yesterday. Obviously they are clueless to how things work in real-time and life in general. Lol. Even when owning a house there are delays to getting things fixed (unless it's an emergency type thing).

They will learn in time. Never had a problem with Rich or his team. They took care of my renters so I never worried. Btw, reading some negative reviews on here makes me think these renters were probably not good tenants to begin with. Probably didn't pay things on time and didn't take care of the apartment/house they were renting. So yes, fees/ charges apply. Obviously not smart people. My renters liked Rich and never had bad things to say. Would recommend him and his team / business highly to everyone.

We have used Resorts Ltd as our rental management company for the past 5 years. What a relief for us to be free of all the headaches that come from renting a property. Rich and his staff have always been very professional and friendly in all our dealings. They have also kept our property occupied and in very good condition. Repairs are handled quickly when the tenants make Rich aware of the problem. We highly recommend Resorts Ltd for all your rental needs.

DO NOT do business with Richard Shaffer! BEWARE. He took my money and didn't want to give it back to me. I had to take him to court to get my money back. He does not care and has been doing this for a very long time. So before you respond back saying that I wasn't approved for the apartment or whatever your about to say to cover yourself, ITS all lies. PLEASE READ YOUR LEASE AGREEMENTS before renting from him. ITS bull. I'm just happy I got my money back after having to take him to court,

3 years ago on black horse pike on a red light there a truck stop next to me, so i saw Resort LTD i ask for business card. i made a phone call Richard Shaffer very nice guy and friendly so thinkful he really help me alot. and everytime i call the office ask questions they answer all my questions and send everythings i need. keep up the good work.

I can't give any stars for this company. Find other property! They will Steal your money! Keeps your security deposit! Not take care of repairs and charge you for everything including more than the cost of repairs. Read your lease if you have to rent from Resorts! My mother rented property from Rich Schaffer and his staff. She rented Unit 1305 at Skyline Condominium.

My mother's health was getting worse and I knew that she would need more care. Prior to her signing another's year lease I contacted the staff at Resorts to ask about a month to month lease and I was informed that was not an option, but the staff changed her renewal lease agreement to include a $450 lease termination despite her medical condition was getting worse and she needed long term care and she was to provide a 60 day notice.

The termination letter was sent, Rich Schaffer acknowledged that her lease would be terminated as of July 15 after getting her letter. I received $77.00 check for $1,375 security deposit that was collected along with a ledger that reflected her being charged for a pro-rated amount for July 1-15 and another charge for the entire month of July, I questioned the double charge and Rich Schaffer decided to charge her rent until July 21st.

While I was cleaning my mother's apartment I found mold on the walls in her bedroom. The carpet needed to be replaced but my mothers security deposit was kept to clean the carpets. The hot water had exploded while she was living there and they fail to properly clean it up and thus mold began to grow. I have pictures and will have to go to court to get it resolved as Mr.

Rich Schaffer has said he has closed the account and will no longer discuss this per his final email that I received. It blows my mind that someone would take advantage of the elderly and that if I did not review things for my mother they would have kept $917.00 of her money! Beware of this company and Mr. Shaffer's actions.

Very professional, catered to our needs. Very attentive, went out of his way to show us numerous properties. Was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Do not rent from this place. All they care about is your rent money. They care nothing about keeping up with the repairs on the property. They literally send repair men to patch up problems instead of fixing and addressing the issue. So the problem continues and get worse. I have holes in my wall and the roof leaks in three different rooms when it rains.

I have been fighting with them for a year to fix the roof correctly. Even though they got their $1800 rent every month on time. There is mold in the bathroom from the leaks my son is getting sick from and the ceiling is falling down in the family room. That is just the mager problem. Many other issues has gone on. I could write a book report on the nonsense I have been dealing with.
