Jimmy came by to fix the toilet and Ricky got rid of the mildew and painted the bathroom. They are awesome! You have the best crews. They are so efficient and good at what they do. This company is a complete joke had a house listed advertising that they would accept section 8 vouchers but kept the fact hidden that they would be looking at your credit score instead of paying attention to your evictions and rental history not being funny but the home wasn't all of that and was located in the hood of south Saintpete if people on section 8 had the perfect credit do you think we would have even wasted our time looking at a home in that area next time your company should inform applicants that the credit will play a big deal on the decision instead of having people waste they time plus money frauds!

The wife and I relocated to the Tampa area from Hawaii after I left the military and we ended up renting a 3br/2br house through Rex Rentals for about 1.5 years. I met both Rex and Anya during the initial paperwork signing and both were very nice. During the time of our tenancy we did not have much interaction as there was really no need (did not have any significant issues with the house, I did lock myself out foolishly early on but Anya was extremely helpful). Rex did send out a lot of info as COVID hit the US full bore so it was nice to have that communication. Again, the wife and I had no issues. The main reason we left is because she got a job in the Brandon area so we were looking to cut down on her commute time.

Had a consultation with Kym yesterday in which he generously shared his insights on how to prepare my property for a renter.
