Very frustrating to keep calling reaching out to rent a commercial building for my business. I went out to look at a property that has been on the market for a long time. I wanted to rent it two years ago and surprised to see it was still available but I know why now because no one get back to you. There has to another way to get in contact with someone upper hand then local office.

I contacted RMC over a property in Plant City. I asked 4 times through email, with their agent LuLu who I'm assuming is in charge of it, to be able to view the property. The first response I received she sent the price for the property. I asked again to see the property and she responded if I was sure I needed that much space that she had a smaller property also available. IF I WANTED TO SEE THE SMALLER PROPERTY I WOULD'VE INQUIRED ABOUT THAT ONE.
I asked again to see the property with no response. Its been about 2 weeks and nothing. Not sure if she thought I couldn't afford the price of the space but not responding and leaving me on read is so unprofessional. And RUDE! I think I'm well aware of what properties are affordable and within my means of business. Very disappointed because I really wanted to lease the space, which by the way has been in the market for a while and still has a for lease sign outside hanging. Poor real estate agent who's representing your company. I wonder how many potential clients you have lost due to her poor job skills.

My friend and I sought contact for three weeks, email, text message, phone call, and only received a telephone reply once, and then another week, no information was returned to us regardless of any contact attempts. If you do n't want to do any business, Behavior or do not want to talk to customers, please do not send real estate information, please be responsible for your profession

The people at RMC are amazing. They were so prompt and professional from the moment I dialed their number. They have been attentive and personable through out my time with them.
