Meadowwood Ln #200, Liberty Lake WA). While email is the best way to conduct business at this time, we are checking voicemails and returning calls. We are still processing Architectural Application as they come in as quickly as possible.Please understand that applications or proposed improvements are not approved until you have received written approval, even if it exceeds the time frame outlined in the Governing Documents for review.

If zero stars was an option Id choose that. This company (and CDA Place) is the stereotype joke of an HOA. they change you but for what? they enforce none of the bylaws, and love to charge late fees on bills they never send. They allow too many unregulated rental properties in their neighborhoods, including multiple families in a single family dwelling and a halfway house in a nice neighborhood (multiple complaints to HOA and city code enforcement, with zero pushback). Residents should petition the city planners office to have Rockwood's ability to collect HOA dues suspended due to breach of contract.

July 2019 Back to hating this place! Went to go pay my HOA dues online and the minimum fee is $1.95 if I use a checking account up $9 fee for using a credit card. What year is this that it is better for a company for the customer to pay with a check. So dumb. So far my experience is being nickeled and dimed. June 2019 Was contacted by Rockwood today about the late fee that was partly my fault and they waved the fee without question.
Thank you Posted in May 2019 Horrible! Seems they took over management of one of my properties and never received a bill for the new HOA dues which I have kept current on. Was charged $14.22 late fee without any idea HOA was due and not being auto deducted.

Blood-sucking landlords. They charge the absolute most they can get away with while providing the cheapest product. Other new apartment complexes have higher-end appliances and finishes but charge the same or less. They have always thought they're special and don't need to compete. They also have low quality staff who can be very unprofessional. There are a few good ones but they complain about RPM themselves. The property managers are on very strict budgets despite the rent-gouging prices they charge. It's really a shame because RPM has a good portfolio and great locations.

These people manage property in Spokane but have no regards for the people who live here. I work right next to one of their properties. They do not care if you are a customer to stores or buildings on their sites, You will be treated unfairly. I recommend trying windemere property management. Thanks
