After going through 4 property managers in 3 years we chose to look for a company that was well-established and knowledgeable. For the last 13 years we've used Rollingwood to manage multiple properties and have been very pleased with the professionalism we experienced. Would highly recommend them, they have a great team and I wouldn't trust my investment to anyone with less experience!

It's been a pleasure to rent with Rollingwood. The company is professional, responsive, timely, and seems to actually care about us having a great living experience in their property. Chris quickly responded to all inquiries throughout our year with them. We had an onboarding call before we started renting which clearly laid out all our info as tenants. Thankful for the experience with this company. Only reason we're moving after 1-year is to be in a more central location. My wife and I would easily work with this company again.

I've had an awesome experience with Rollingwood Management! Since Day 1, they have been attentive to all of my needs and made sure that I have everything I've needed. Marci and Deborah have been fantastic! Also want to give a shout-out to Dan, he's been phenomenal with the few maintenance requests I've had. He's been immediately available and his work is very fast and efficient.he knows what he's doing!

He'll even go as far as to check on other things as well to see if he can fix them on the spot, clearly going above and beyond the call of duty! He's extremely friendly and it's always a pleasure working with him and having his help. Very pleased overall with everyone's professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness!

I lived in one of the Rollingwood properties for 3 years. Matt Speck, our agent, was a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront with everything they ever needed from us, and repairs were always scheduled promptly. The repair man, Dan, was always very respectful of our home and never cut corners with the repairs. All-in-all, the folks at Rollingwood are great property managers!

Marci is my current property manager, and she is very responsive and professional. They also take good care of their properties if you are looking to hire them as a property management company. Overall, my experience has been great, and I would recommend them from both the tenant and landlord perspective.

We have been leasing with Rollingwood Management for a year. The managers to the maintenance staff has always been very responsive and professional. I love the portal which makes it so much easier to communicate. We don't have to worry about the payment for our lease with automatic payments through the portal. I would definitely recommend this company for leasing or managing my property!

Rollingwood is a reputable company with timely responses. They've always resolved every maintenance issue we've had. Dan is our favorite maintenance staff of theirs. He's always been a pleasure to work with. He's friendly, punctual, and helpful, and has provided excellent service! Dan has even volunteered to blow the leaves away from our front door without being asked!

That isn't even part of his responsibilities. He also takes the time to take a look at various household concerns despite them not being original maintenance requests. He's definitely an asset to Rollingwood and he deserves a raise!

Everyone at Rollingwood is incredibly nice and professional. Any time I've had a service request, a technician has been sent out ASAP. Their handyman, Daniel, is amazing and super professional. They have been incredibly professional around the whole Covid Pandemic, working to ensure everyone could be as safe as possible.

I am out of state investor I am confident of Rollingwood taking good care of my properties. Quick response from property manager whenever I have issue. Since 2007, Rollingwood has managed our investment property.
