Rosano

We lived in one of Rosano's Outer Richmond buildings for 2 years and loved every minute of it. Though the buildings aren't brand new, they are clean, well-kept and bright. Management is quick to respond to requests and very easy to work with. We moved out of SF with the pandemic, but we still miss our beautiful Rosano apt with it's ocean view!

We've lived at the Jackson Street property for a year and a half now and have nothing but good things to say about our experience here. Our apartment was newly remodeled before we moved in and they did a fantastic job with the work itself, as well as the communication throughout the process. You'd be hard pressed to find nicer apartments in this area of the city for a better value.

The location is great, super close to multiple parks and has many restaurants/shops within easy walking distance (Fillmore Street, Union Street, Polk Street, etc.). The Rosano management team, namely Amanda, has been incredibly easy to work with and helpful starting with our application process all the way through our living here and Micail, the building manager, is incredibly helpful and kind and always available. Would highly recommend this management company and property to both individuals and families looking to live in this area of the city!

We stayed at their 2150 Jackson st property for two years. What made our experience exceptional was Micail. She is a great building manager. Personable, prompt, and really goes the extra mile. We'll miss you Micail!

I live in a Jackson Street Rosano Property and I love it! My unit is incredibly spacious for my roommate and I, you get a parking space and the management company is such a pleasure to work with. The property manager always lets us know when the building is going to have painters or improvements but also has left tissue boxes and hand sanitizer on everyone's doorsteps throughout COVID. You can tell this company cares about their tenants and it makes my roommate and I feel very special and safe. HIGHLY recommend and awesome for the Jackson Street units!

Our property manager Micail has been fantastic getting back to us quickly with our questions, ensuring the property is very clean and well maintained, and has been very friendly helping us adjust from our move across the country. I just started looking for an apt in SF & came across Rosano & Co. I saw on the website of an upcoming apt available in pacific Heights in December so I called the rental office to inquire about it. I spoke with a Tracy in the office that was quite rude! Got the feeling I was bothering her & that she didn't have the time or even wanted to talk to me about it. Not a great way to treat prospective tenants! They lost my business & I won't be renting from them anytime soon!

I have lived in my apartment for a few years and i feel lucky to live in such a well managed, well maintained building with professional and responsive staff. :

We lived in their Sunset rental for ten years, and it was great! The reason we moved was that the rental was a one-bedroom and we were a growing family who needed an extra room. The building was clean and well maintained, had washer/dryer onsite. Units had plenty of storage with extra storage downstairs, and, of course, our designated parking space.

Through the years we've had many positive interactions with the staff, and whenever any issue arose it was always taken care of in a timely manner. Rick was, hands down, the best maintenance guy ever - there was nothing he couldn't fix. I would not hesitate in recommending Rosano rentals to anyone, you won't regret it!

I've lived in a Rosano Property in the sunset for 3 years. The property was well maintained, we had own site managers - Tim and Ellen, were always very helpful. They try to keep a good atmosphere in the building. Tracy was also very fast getting back to us with questions about the rent - very professional. I recommend Rosano for your housing needs. Best

I just moved into a Rosano Property in the Sunset a few months ago and I have no compaints. The process of getting approved for the apartment and getting our lease signed was painless and everyone we've worked with has been super helpful and friendly. Love that we can pay rent and submit service requests online, so convenient! Any service request we've had has been addressed quickly. I would reccomend Rosano and Company to anyone looking for a place in the city, these guys are great!

It's been almost a year since I moved in to my Outer Richmond apartment and I have nothing but good things to say about every one at Rosano. The building has a great ocean view and garage parking, Tracy was very helpful in getting me approved for the apartment (I'm a long time home owner, but first time apartment dweller) and the few problems I did have when I moved in (with a door sticking and a bad outlet) were quickly remedy.

I looked at a few other apartments before settling with the one Rosano was offering, and it was the superior choice in quality, convenience and choice. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to rent here in the city.

I've lived in one of Rosano's apartments for the last few months, and they've been good to me. The apartments definitely aren't for everyone, but they're good places at good prices. I would best describe them as high quality but no-frills at good prices. For example, the apartment was completed with brand new carpet, windows and paint when I moved in, but it doesn't come with a dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit.

My experiences with the staff have been limited, but all positive. They've been helpful when I needed them. Thankfully, I've never had to deal with maintenance issues (which is a good thing), so I can't speak to their response time.

I totally disagree with Monica T. Don't let this review sway you away from this management company. Their apartments are spotless, their maintenance is top-notch (and very timely responses I might add). I've never had a problem with the staff. This company knows SF inside and out, and I'm telling you, you will be in excellent hands during your stay in any one of their apartments. Hands down.
