I had problems with mice and rodents on Ryan street, the water is cold, you pay $650 rent and the utilities are not included, and that's almost and extra $300, it's very small and not worth $900 a month. It takes maintenance a week to fix anything you have problems with. People do not live here long for a reason, I wouldn't dare renew my lease! keep looking.

These guys managed my property for over 3 years with zero issues. They are very professional and very courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Rowan Properties aweful! Me and my girls contacted bedbugs which we've never had ever before! At first we had no ideal as to what was eaten us alive. Later we found out it was bedbugs that a neighbor said was here before we came. They tried to rent the next door apartment without telling the new teants about the bedbug infection. They won't come fix anything and will try to place the blame on you! PLEASE BEWARE!
