NO HVAC We arrived on 6/22/2022 at 11:50pm to find unit to be in dis repair photos for each issue. And no HVAC unit was 81 and set to 70. Sent a email to Royal American getaway and got no reply. Then I called and got transferred to a number that was not answering. So I was stuck with no HVAC for the night of the 22. The next morning a contractor showed up at 830 am and said unit need to be replaced but they could not do it that day the 23.

So I called again and go offered a partial refund. and I said no I want a full refund and they refused. I spoke to a manager that had no concept of customer service (marcus) now they ignore my calls and don't answer they have done a partial refund. so they have charged me 450$ for one night with no HVAC. I have contacted a lawyer and am going that route.

Friendly staff, very well maintained, problems in rental units from Royal American fixed quickly. View second to none.

The condominium was easy to find. The only complaint we had was there were stains on the couch pillows as well as the bedroom pillows, everything else was very clean! Definitely would stay here again for future vacations!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Arrived to find a roach in the kitchen. Also, there were no parking passes or wrist bands in the unit. Spent over an hour and a half calling to be bounced around and not helped. Finally got someone from a different management property to actually help and get us the needed items. Unit itself is fine, but the manager of the unit SUCKS!

Great! No complaints here. Very nice and clean condo with an amazing view at the Boardwalk. Live music every night at the beach bar and grill that can be enjoyed from the balcony while listening to the waves crash the beach. We will definitely be back.

First, let me say that I never openly complain about anything, but I made a promise to these people that I would and in a loud way. If you're looking for a condo in Panama City beach, don't look at Royal American Beach Getaways. We recently stayed at Boardwalk Condominium through Royal American Beach Getaways (reservation # was 84655 for C2107) and it was honestly the worst condo I've ever been in.

The walls were stained and way past needing a fresh coat of paint. The air vents had what looked like black mold growing around them and the refrigerator. I wouldn't have given $25 for it at a yard sale. It had rust all down the freezer door and the icemaker didn't even work. I have emailed and made several phone calls to the "help" desk only to be told that I would receive a call from "management", but we should have reported it while we were there so they could fix the problems.

I never got a call from "management". Also, I don't think I would have wanted a paint crew there during my vacation and I'm pretty sure they couldn't have gotten a fridge delivered while we were there. All I asked for is a little consideration since the room we got wasn't worth even half of what they charged. Before I would ever use this bunch again, I'd stay home and do yard work.

We were in town at boardwalk for little league World Series first day member of our team had to leave due to room being so nasty. Our room had stains on wall paint flaking burns in carpet. 2nd day dryer wouldn't work they told me find laundry mat. The next day they brought another one didn't work after one day spent half my time working on it to clean uniforms they never would send anyone else. Drawers were falling out in 2nd bed room.

We were to we could have visitors til midnight. Had run around getting 2 players there to hang out with team on off days. Guy at pool was drill sergeant. They have a jet ski rental out front on beach one of the workers almost hit my players we couldn't let kids out there half time due to them not pay attention. Definitely not worth 5k for 2 bedroom for the time we were there.

We are coming back next year to play but definitely not staying there. I can honestly say it was horrible. My parents killed roaches in their room. We had 12 separate condos booked was bad experience.

I booked a reservation for the Majestic Beach Resort by Royal American Beach getaways via HotelTonight; I was called by HotelTonight saying the hotel wanted me to call for check-in instructions. I called, left voicemails multiple times (without a call back) and was mocked by staff at the hotel without any help. After asking them to call someone who COULD help, I came to find out that the check in was at a different building, and after arriving at that building the owner of the condo canceled my reservation because I am not of age and no one had even reached out to me about that.

They said they "didn't have the right email" but my email was clear on my info as well as my number. The staff at the hotel itself (not the reservation/check-in people) were very rude and nonchalant, would not help me at all and laughed at me in my face. I was told of my cancellation and treated like this the day upon my arrival and was told they didn't have my contact info when I called multiple times and HotelTonight gave them the correct email.

Even if I was 25 (which is an odd restriction being PCB is Spring Break Capitol) I would not give my business to these people EVER again because I've never been dealt with so rudely and unprofessionally.

AVOID booking with this company at ANY cost! We are currently at the Emerald Beach Resort in condo 2427 and it's dirty, smells, furniture is falling apart, and beds are like sleeping on the floor. They sent a representative who agreed that the unit had issues but the RA "front office" was unapologetic and offered to come by and mop the disgusting floors.

The people I spoke with were rude and dismissive of the fact that we've spent our vacation so far dealing with these issues. There are many other companies to book with.do NOT use Royal American Getaways.

I had a horrible experience with the management. They refused to take an accountability for an issue that was on them. Look elsewhere. I'm sure that they will reply to me and appear "apologetic, " but trust me, it's just to prevent you, their potentially new customer, to brush off these numerous, NUMEROUS bad reviews. If you ignore my warning, I hope that you have better luck, it's hit or miss. 0/5 stars for the worst PCB trip of my life.
