We provide top quality property management for co-ops, condos, rentals, mixed-use and commercial properties throughout Manhattan. Conduct a complete physical analysis of the building, including the exterior, mechanical systems, public areas, individual units, commercial spaces, and any other applicable building areas.
How many buildings do you manage? We manage 70 properties, all in Manhattan. 40 are co-op and condo buildings and 30 are rental properties. In addition to co-op, condo and rental property management, we also manage mixed-use and commercial properties. How do you handle emergencies and after-hours problems in your properties?
