R. Russell Properties has made the process of renting out my house so worth it. I live out of town & needed someone there to pick up the time consuming job of putting tenets in my rental. Dinah has been a God send. She makes sure I stay up to date on any issues & if I need to reach out to her, she has no problem reaching back out. I love her upbeat personality!

Russell has managed one of our rentals for many years. We have been very pleased with their service and level of integrity.

Dinah Zessin is a fantastic manager! I lived in a property that she managed for 2 years and she was always incredibly responsive. Cindi Shaffer is our property manager, she is the best! She truly looks out for the homeowner by insuring we have great tenants, quality landscape and excellent maintenance. She is prompt in getting back with, and I mean prompt! She almost always answers her phone and if not she returns your call the same day. If you are looking for a good management company, Russell Properties is the one. We have used them for about 7 years now. Thanks so much!

I have been renting with Russell Properties since 2018. We were assigned a property manager Dinah, not only is she super kind but immediately takes care of any issues or repairs that come up. She also has worked with us along with owner of property we rent from when it came to needing rent not to be raised. My husband had to have major back surgery and Dinah spoke with home owner to discount the rent for a few months while my husband was on leave from work, we so much appreciated how she went to bat for us in a time of need. I give her 5 stars for her stellar abilities as a property manager.

I have been a tenant with Russell Properties for several years and have always received prompt and courteous attention. The entire office staff is very friendly and accommodating and adhere to any concerns promptly and efficiently. My property manager contact is Dinah Zessin and she is remarkable! I believe she must wok 24/7 due to her timley responses to emails and any situation which may occur. My experience with R.Russell Properties has been a great one from beginning to end. They keep you well informed from your move -in-day to Move-out-day. I had been with R.Russell Properties since 2016 (4 years). I have always had a nice experience with the office staff as well, whenever there was an issue they are super quick to respond and have your issue serviced promptly.

Thank you to Dinah Zessin who made my move out day a lot less stressful, she provided me a move out list that needed to be checked off (which is basically to return the property in the same manner they gave it to you - which is only fair) but it was nice that she was able to speak with me on what the expectations were. She was very quick in returning my full deposit. I would definitely recommend R. Russel Properties!

I usually never do a review, which should tell you how much I have appreciated working with R. Russell Properties and my property manager Dinah. Dinah and the R. Russell team is very responsive and stay on top of everyday issues including assisting me in leasing another property recently with speed, efficiency and care. For the first few years, I leased my home, I had a horrible property management company and went looking for the best to handle my investments. Dinah and R. Russell truly are the best in the business for the Orlando area.
