While the purpose of financial reports is to understand where your association funds are coming from and going to, not all companies provide the consistent information requested on a timely basis. Sage 1 produced reports are distributed between the 10th and 20th day of every month, some even earlier depending upon the information provided by your banking institution.
Sage 1, LLC fixes problems like such. The upper image is what a heat exchange unit should look like. The lower image from one of our buildings before they hired Sage 1, LLC. It turns out their "expert" contractor was billing them thousands of dollars a year to maintain only four of these on site. Once this was brought to our attention we brought in the right contractor with integrity and knowledge to keep these systems running properly.

Sage 1 has earned my respect for their professionalism, hard work, and support of our community. They provide comprehensive and responsible on site management and accounting services. Bill Mosey never says "no" when it comes to scheduling time for needed projects. His recommendations are sound and unbiased. Bill is a very good listener and sensitive to the different needs of the community, and ALWAYS WORKING FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE COMMUNITY.plus, he has the experience to point us in the right direction regarding financial, environmental, and engineering services.

I was pleasantly surprised after working on the board to understand the stability, accountability, and strength the SAGE1 team brings to move us forward. Every resident owes SAGE1 "thanks", for making our homes a better place.

Sage 1 is one of the lowest rated management Companies and it is well deserved. They are not focused on the overall good Of the community in my opinion. A onsite manager with next to no property Onsite management experience is running Our community poorly at best. He has no credible certifications in onsite Management, and never even went to the Local Muncipal Bldg Dept to get copies of Local code and regulations for 5 months In managing community, 2 board member Went to check on local regulations on a repair Project he had board member view to approve Cost, when she asked if permits would be needed Response was I don't think so, and if they Were his words were "We can always say it Was a emergency" It's disgusting to have a company without Common expected experience place a less Then professional or adequate onsite person In our office.

They are not accountable to the shareholders And attack and try to discredit anyone who Questions their poorly advised decisions. Stay away. I didn't want to give them even 1 Star but I had no option to do other wise For some reason this is stating it's from maryanne it's not Kathleen W

Put me and everyone else in the complex I live in, in danger. Total neglect. I have been back and forth with Anne Marie regarding how unsafe the parking lot is and they have done nothing to fix this.

My interactions with Sage 1 have been greatly disappointing. As there is no one on premises, garbage around the property remains for weeks without being picked up. Snow removal happens at the 11th hour long after most have to leave for work. A railing project begun six weeks ago never completed and the remaining railing were thrown on the front lawn to be later picked up and leaned on bushes damaging them.

Four calls to the management office were dismissive and defended the contractor rather than addressing the problem and the railings remain on the ground at this point. The property care is sub standard and the attitude of the office staff is dehumanizing.

My initial review of Sage 1 and its board may have been viewed as "criticism" by the management company, but it was born from frustration. The residents were asked at the meetings to report policy violations when we see them. Most of the violations I reported are still there, sometimes over a year later. As for the renovation project stated, since the beginning two years ago, the board has held the community in a grey area.

By this I mean they have talked about updating policies, but nothing has happened. At this point, I would be satisfied if either the policies were updated or they give up and allow people to go back to how rules were loosely enforced for the previous 30 years. Holding everyone somewhere in the middle of these causes frustration. If this is your goal, I will stop reporting the policy violations you asked us to. Yes, I was invited to join a committee or the board and I did decline. However, I have shown a vested interest in this community by offering at numerous meetings to help by posting meeting minutes on bulletin boards in the courts, emailed suggested updates to the bylaws as per the management company and the board's request, and took it upon myself to post a section of the summer newsletter to help remind homeowners of an upcoming due date for changing their storm doors.

I also am one of the first at a meeting to compliment when I see something positive happen in our community. At the last meeting I attended I was very frustrated when my concerns were met with the response of "well join the board." If this is the unprofessional approach the board or management company takes when I voice a concern or complaint then it will make me and other residents feel unwelcome at meetings.
