Sail properties has managed my condo at Huntington Bayshore in Huntington Beach for many years and they have always been professional and always been excellent communicators. I am shocked and very surprised to see some of the negative reviews on here. My experience has been really positive. The entire team does a stellar job and provide professionally monthly and year end statements. If there is anything that needed to be repaired or taken care of, this team is on it right away.

I'm surprised this real estate company is still in business. They operate from a very dysfunctional energy. My husband and I used them to manage 2 of our properties. They were rude to my tenants, completely unprofessional. Especially the older women Diann, she is abrupt and seriously unprofessional, she will do anything to make a buck. We also experienced Jacob, he's ok however fake communication, he is desperate to impress Diann at all costs.

I lost 2 separate tenants with this real estate company. I understand why they have poor reviews. Take it from us, they need to close up shop, plenty of professional, well mannered property management companies out there. Diann should truthfully ride a broom, she caused unnecessary drama and sadly seemed to enjoy it. This is why she struggles.

Terrible experience with a neighbor and noise complaints. Cops were out to his apartment several times, noise at all hours of the day and night, couldn't work from home because of it, and couldn't sleep. Nothing was done about it. After my walk through at the end of my lease, things were added on that I was not made aware of, and half my security deposit was held. I tried to talk through my issues with them, and they were not helpful. Would not recommend renting from them.

These people will charge you for things you are not responsible for and blame you for things you did not do. They accused me of changing all the door knobs in the apartment, which I never did. They also charged me with many things that I did not do nor was I responsible for. My review is not an isolated case. Before I left, they had a showing and and prospective tenant showed up - they did not.

Do not do business with these people nor with this company. I gave them a review two years ago when it happened. It's odd it disappeared. I also recall reading another review that had the same experience I did, which prompted me to write my review to warn others, I think it's odd that review is gone also. There's a reason why this company and these people can't get a 4 star rating. I would doubt the good ratings here in light of the a couple of bad reviews that have disappeared.

Scam artist! They claimed they had to repaint the entire house after we moved out from some scuffs on the baseboards. No physical damages! Charged us almost $1000 to repaint the entire house, closets, kitchen cabinets and fireplace from a couple scuffs on the hallway baseboards, normal wear and tare. Also we paid a $552 cleaning charge (3bedroom house) from some dirt in the slider, dust on the fan and grim in the oven.you think for that price the cleaners could have cleaned the baseboards.

Security deposit was $3800 we only got back $1800. Jacob is the worst most unreasonable, unprofessional person I have ever met. They all seem nice in the beginning don't let that fool you.biggest 2 faced people I have ever met. During the pre move out inspection "everything looks really good" they told us. Did I mention they had contractors there quoting work for the upgrades weeks before we were out of the property. Landlord wanted acoustic ceilings scrapped and the house repainted.

They expected us to pay for these renovations! We are taking them to small claims will keep everyone updated. To reply to Jacob, You said "heavy damage" was caused to walls. The premove out inspection said "dirty" never DAMAGED! That's what I signed. There is a HUGE difference from dirty to damaged. Dirty is normal wear and tare and a $552 cleaning service should cover any dirt scuff on the baseboards.

We should not be charge almost $1000 for the whole house to be repainted from a scuff on a baseboard. Use your brain! That's why I included the pictures for everyone to see. You do not need to wish me luck as I no longer have to deal with you or Sail properties after court. I wish any possible customer of yours to read this before doing business with you and the best of luck for those who already signed.

You can rectify this by giving us what we deserve. You got multiple quotes weeks before the end of our lease for renovations and you are simply trying to have us pay the cost. Not going to happen!

We have rented from Sail Properties, bought a home with them and sold a property as well. We are currently in the process of selling another home with them. Diann is wonderful, taking into consideration our needs as a young family, while doing her best to meet our wishes. We love Sail Properties and their team!

My wife used this company to advertise our home. They were completely disorganized. We both found them to be unprofessional. I walked in on Jacob ending a call with a bit of rudeness exchange with either a tenant or landlord. When we called we always received the run around. I wouldn't recommend Sail Properties.
