I employed the people at San Diego Premier Property Management to market and manage a home I recently inherited. In addition to being friendly and highly accessible, they gave me good advice on what was needed to get this property in a proper condition to generate rental income. As soon as I had the house ready for the rental market, they had multiple, well-vetted applicants lined up to take the property. I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and property management savvy. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been working with SDP for the past 3 years or so as property manager, and it's been a pleasure working with them. Salvatore and his team helped me through a water leak that affected the unit downstairs, and we got through the insurance debacle without a hitch! For the most part, the expenses that owners have to pay are within reason and they give a lot of flexibility to the owner to decide if they want to use their preferred vendor or someone else. I look forward to continue working with SDP for my property management needs!

BUYER BEWARE! My roommate and I just left our lease at one of their properties 6 weeks ago, (1538.5 Diamond St San Diego CA 92109 to be exact), just recently they responded to our inquiry regarding return our security deposit. Of our $1850 Security Deposit they are attempting to withhold $1500 for fraudulent charges. They even conducted an inspection before we left and agreed there wasn't any damage and only stated that the carpets would need to be cleaned.

Now they are avoiding our attempts to get in contact with them. We aren't the only ones to have been victimized by this company, other tenants have been completely taken advantage of. DO NOT lease from this company! If you currently are, I highly suggest you take photos and videos upon leaving for proof and be prepared to lose your deposit.

I've been renting from SD Premier Prop for two years now. I love how responsive they are when our condo has an issue. They are always kind and helpful!

This is the second time Elizabeth of San Diego Premier Property Management has found a tenant for my property. Both times she has been professional and so very pleasant. She has found tenants in both instances in no time at all and the previous tenant was amazing and I hated to see him leave on deployment. This second tenant looks to be wonderful also.
