My fiance has been renting our apartment for 3 years and I've been renting for a year with him, Sandpoint property management bought the Skyline Apartments in December when I found out I was pregnant and things were fine at first, but then we got a notice to move out. We went to our online account and it said it was posted online to us on February 28th, but we didn't even see it until March 12th because that's when we got our notice on the door, and they gave us until today, the 31st to get out.
And it's pretty much common sense in todays market it's pretty hard to find places to rent with a baby on the way and two cats, and the worst part is that their reasoning for us moving out was because they want our apartment to be used as something different than an apartment. So watch out for anyone who rents a complex run by Misty Black from Sandpoint property management because you never know when you're going to get thrown out on the streets and trust me it's pretty scary to have rented a place for years, and get kicked out for something that was not self inflicted and add pregnancy to that, this company is pretty pathetic and we asked for them to help us find a place and they said they couldn't help, so thank you so much Sandpoint property management for making us homeless for personal wants and giving us only a two week warning. Maybe you should work on your consistency

The only complaint I have is one of annoyance. It's been around two years since I've rented a property under Sandpoint Property Management, and I kept getting emails from them (not sent to me individually, but as part of a group email to multiple tenants). I've responded each time requesting them to take me off their emailing list as I've moved out some time ago. It wasn't until 2-3 months ago that I have been successful in getting off their mailing list. So far no more unwarranted emails.

We retained SPM for an office building investment in the Sandpoint area. I was absolutely blown away by the service we received. Not only were they on top of every aspect of building management, even better is they treated their building as their own -- I felt like we had a true partner with SPM. Would love to buy more just to work with Ned and his team! 7 stars if possible!

We had a very positive experience with Sandpoint Property Management. Rentals are hard to come by in Sandpoint and we tried many different options and property management companies to no avail. However, SPM contacted us as soon as our application was approved and Caleb and Misty worked to show us places and get us moved in as soon as possible. Communication was great as we were moving out and we received our deposit back in a timely manner. We would definitely work with them again in the future!

Sandpoint Property Management is the BEST! If I had any issues they resolved it immediately. They are a great management company and strive hard to give good customer service. I think they are very fair with rules and regulations to protect the renter and the property owner. I definitely recommend them if you are a renter and looking for a smooth experience.
