SPM Maintenance & Construction, LLC, an affiliate of Scalzo Property Management, Inc., provides a wide range of construction and maintenance services. Clients are provided with value and quality workmanship. SPM Maintenance & Construction, LLC has over 20 years of experience with roof repairs, carpentry, handyman services, structural repairs, and insurance claims in water and fire restoration.
At Scalzo Property Management, we believe the success of management begins with educated Managers. Our staff continually progresses through each certification course to earn their designations. Every Manager is required by us to continue their education to enhance the quality of company-wide management.
In 1987, Andrea founded Scalzo Property Management, Inc. and SPM Maintenance & Construction, LLC that now manages over 6,000 condominium units, in addition to rental and commercial properties within Connecticut and New York. Andrea's property management career began in 1980 as Vice President of Epic Realty Services Inc.

We recently purchased a condo that had been owned by our son. We were familiar with Scalzo and had discussed with our son the glaring differences between their management versus the management of the condo we live in. Questions are dealt with promptly and in a courteous manner. The property upkeep has always been wonderful as well as how what few repairs have been needed. I was elected to my Homeowner Board last December and it was my first experience with a Homeowner Board and with a Property Manager. All of a sudden, I am expected to have a background in budgeting, lawn maintenance, water drainage, detention ponds and building maintenance. Our assigned Scalzo Property Manager was Emily Westlake and I soon realized that Emily was able to help me understand the issues and bring resolution plans to the table utilizing her and the Board's expertise.
