Tammi is always helpful and courteous! I'm thankful that my daughter lives in an apartment managed by Tammi, I know her home is safe and Tammi always takes care of the tenants needs!

I found Tammi on Zillow. The whole process was easy. I lived in the property for 2 years. Her service was always nice and professional. At the end of my contract I vacated and received my deposit in the mail in a couple of days. Overall good experience and I would recommend her.

Not happy at all I was renting from them a property after I moved from the property they took my whole deposit plus they charged me for other prior damage that had already been there

I'd like to start with I am using my sons account as I am not able to sign in with my Google account. Also on Yelp, they have their employees leaving 5 star reviews (very tacky)! It took me 2 weeks to get someone to show me a property I wanted to look at to lease. The property was advertised for over 70 days (home owners beware). I finally was able to see it, and I put in an application.

I reached out a few days later to see how it was going, and was told, via text, they would check with Tammy. A few days later, I call to ask again and I'm told that they don't always get back to people if they were not selected. I'm sorry. WHAT? They just leave possible tenants hanging. I was then told that they had picked a tenant, and they did not know who it was or even if that person had been contacted yet, and I should call back after 4:00 because Tammi might be in then and she will know.

The take away. If I were a home owner, I would not want my place left open because they were to busy to get to perspective tenants. As a tenant, I will avoid homes that she represents, because I don't want to be left just waiting. The picture is of the add, 76 days on Zillow and I had to bug them from the end of May, until I was able to see the property on June 13.
