The most horrible property management company in the Bay Area! Tony the owner is very verbally abusive to women on the phone and in person, he actually refused to talk to me and said he would only talk to my husband when he sent a sub standard plumber (simplygreen) out to our condo and wanted us to be without water for two days, and we pay the highest his fees in the area! Total scam!

I have worked with Devin for the past 4 years and in that time, he has been extremely responsive (he usually responds within the hour or sooner), professional, and reliable for all of the issues/needs of our property. I'm told that we went through several terrible property management companies before finding Property Pro and Devin. I've referred him to friends looking for a dependable property management company. He is very knowledgeable about properties small and large as well as issues small and large. We are so very fortunate to have him managing our property.

I've known Devin from Property Pro for over five years as an owner of a condo unit and an HOA board member of one of the property he manages. He been very responsible and responsive when called upon. Property Pro, who took over from another bigger management company who would not even process half of the HOA checks to the contractors, have been a Godsend. Now we are able to get multiple competitive quotes on repairs, got lower bills on electricity by switching to LEDs, new paints for garage and trims, new signs, lower insurance, great yard maintenance, but best of all, got all of our contractors paid and happy/current.

Reading some of the comments here; they seem to complain mostly about not getting things fixed that are not the decision of the Property Pro. The final decision comes from the HOA Board who executes and gives approval for all the fixes following their respective HOA bylaws. I have worked with Property Pro for a couple decades now. I've always found them to be professional well educated and quick to respond. property Pro has an extensive network of contractors and vendors at their disposal. When it comes to real estate and property management I have not found a more professional company.

I have been doing business with Property Pro for over 25 years. Tony is a very detail oriented property manager. Very responsible and very accommodating. In fact the whole staff at Property Pro are courteous kind people. I have never had an issue with anyone at Property Pro. If you are fortunate enough to have Property Pro as your property management company you are in good hands.

Doesn't respond to emails or calls. Emailed me back once, just once overall and told me the maintenance was my problem, although it clearly was the HOA. Have heard from neighbors Tony and staff constant push problems back on the homeowners. Then why do I pay a HOA and you manage the property?

Property Pro is exceptional in every sense of the word. Our association retained Property Pro more than 4 years ago and we were a mess. The team at Property Pro proceeded with great focus and strategy to straighten out the bookkeeping nightmare, make tax filings and quickly put us back in good shape! Throughout the proceedings Tony, Devin and Phaedra were able to keep our Board informed on progress in layman's language that we were able to quickly understand, they are bright, caring, experienced, hardworking, loyal, honest and trustworthy.

The Property Pro team know there way around all the issues. It is easy to see that the trust and confidence their clients have in this company is well founded. Highly recommend!

For the fees Property Pro charges HOA and tenants, they are not very responsive and clueless on housing policies and regulations. The fact that their office hours are limited on Fridays is a huge disadvantage as we have to wait till Monday morning to hear back from them. I usually prefer to give my business to family run companies but in this case the family (Phaedra, Devin and Tony ) seem to pass the buck around and never own up to informing homeowners about when the water is being turned off or repairs done on the street causing entry and access issues. To top it off, their after hours answering service is a nightmare! Avoid Property Pro Ltd and take your Home Owners Association business elsewhere.
