Kathy is rude and unprofessional. She is the realtor that has contacted us not the rental side that owner wants to sell. Has put demands on us and is pushy. They don't care. Then Heather trying to put maintenance requests in she is awful will try and bully you on the phone question you why you need something fixed. Then you try to explain it to her and she has no clue what anything is regarding maintenance. Wish I could give negative stars.

Heather is the best, she is a true professional but this goes for the whole team. They are very responsive to any concerns I may have and always seem eager to help. If you have the opportunity to do business with SDL do it. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

My family started renting a home from SDL in May 2021 and the experience has been A+. I had only 1 home with them over the past year or so as far as my limited experience with them, I cannot speak more highly of them. For what they charge, you get a lot of support and guidance in finding the right long lasting tenant. With the current Eviction Moratorium still in place, I find that their guidance is ever more important as a landlord to help prevent having a tenant move in and after they move in, never seeing another payment or rent payment knowing that at this time that it would be exceedingly difficult and probably expensive for a landlord to evict them.

I went to them because I wanted another set of eyes on my rental transactions to try and prevent this happening. In any event, I now am moving my 2nd and only other rental to them to handle because I really see just how valuable they are in helping me to protect my interests/investments. And by the way, they have a lot of resources available for their clients that landlords often find themselves needing. *MOST IMPORTANTLY is that you can reach them most any time and they reliably take care of their clients. As a lifetime renter I have experienced a lot of property management companies ranging from private landlords, apartment companies and property management. SDL Property Management has been the best we have had. They are extremely easy to deal with, available, responsive to questions/calls/repairs, customer service is very helpful as well. Their online platform to pay rent, track information on your lease and payment history, request repairs and monitor the status of repairs is extremely helpful. It is the best website we have ever dealt with. I have been to the office once and it was very welcoming, clean and professional.

My husband and I have multiple properties "that have been bought, sold and managed for over 10 years by Danny, and his team at SDL. Dave Williamson always gets us good tenants is timely renewals & any Inspections, new laws & regs and negotiations with tenants. Heather does their accounting and maintenance and does an excellent job on both fronts. She is quick and consistent with excellent follow up w/us as owners and the tenants love her!

We also use SDL's go-to handyman David Moran for most any repairs including plumbing and electrical! This guy seems is an amazing "Jack of all trades "- quality work, he is honest, and will always text, send pictures, answers quickly and has the best interest of both Owner and Tenant in mind.! The SDL team is always fair & willing to work hard! They take the stress out of being a landlord and I wouldn't want to do it without them!

We've been with SDL for about 6 months now and we are grateful for their responsiveness to any of our requests. With the ability to pay online and submit requests via their app, it's easy to be able to communicate with them. Our whole experience from the beginning before moving to So. Cal has been nothing but positive.

SDL Real Estate and Property Management is a great company, I was with them for 2 1/2 years before I was able to purchase my own home. When I was looking for a place to rent, I went to a number of properties and none of them looked as good as the ones under SDL. They made sure that their properties were up-to-date, clean and ready for move in where the incoming tenant didn't have to do a thing except move in.

If there was ever an issue, all I did was put in a maintenance request and I was typically called that day or the next day and it was fixed (I only had a few items the entire time I was there). The people there were great, the house I rented was wonderful, I enjoyed my time there and was very grateful to have done it through SDL Real Estate & Property Management Company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
