Nothing for rent here. If it is something for rent, it's in bad shape in not so good neighborhood

The office is kinda small but always clean and the staff are always friendly & helpful! Also, im always in/out in 5 minutes or less! I LOVE MY HOUSE & I HAVE GREAT NEIGHBORS!

Started off friendly. Ended in disaster. I am NOT a person to complain nor a difficult client. It took several weeks to get an approval to see the property inside, unfortunate events took place and unable to see the entire premises. It was explained that Owner needed deposit to hold the property or would be re-listed for additional applicants. With no choice I submitted my deposit.

Poor communication on status of property for several weeks unless I initiated the call or email correspondence. Original start of inquiry started Mid May. Didn't get a date to move in until June 30th. Michelle was very rude and unprofessional during our last in person visit. A direct answer is all I needed to move forward. I received rude behavior and "Eye Rolling" while I was standing there. You work with the public, we just ask that you remain in a professional manner. Glad I do not have to do business with them further.

Me and my Family have been renting from Shidler Development for 20 years. Me and my Family is very Blessed to have meet this whole Shidler Property Management The Entire Staff is Great And very understandings in all ereas. If you have had a bad experience with shidler i will advise you to give it another try don't you and your Family miss out, It is all worth it they will help and be nothing but real

I was looking for a rental look up shidler property's. I was so amazed how fast the got my family into a home.every time I have went in to take the rent in Michelle and zill they are so nice always happy to see you.so I would recommend them to friend and family first before any other rental place in san bernadino awesome people that work there

Ugh. Awful. Renter beware! Super unprofessional and don't expect them to actually "manage". Pretty sure the owner didn't help much. Not everyone who rents in San Bernardino is trash. Just saying.

The staff including Izel, Christina and Lisa are hard working and keep an open dialog with leaser and leasee, I have worked with them for many years.no complaints. During an eviction they proved to be fantastic I couldn't have done it without them.

This Place Is Unprofessional- "DON'T RENT FROM THEM" unless your desperate to get a place. Nothing will NEVER gets fixed especially if it's a SAFETY ISSUE. All They want IS your Rent Money- "STAY AWAY"

They Are A very Good Company to work with and Handle Everything Professionally!

Applied for a house and never heard a response from them, every time we did call they would state "Today or tomorrow owner is looking at it". After hearing "tomorrow" for 5 days we decided to move forward and look for another house. Looked further into the house they were renting and it has been for rent since October 2017. On top of that, they started to ignore my calls and only answer to my boyfriends cell number. Complete waste of hope and time. Good luck to anyone who chooses to go with this company.

Unlike other "posters", I have been using Shidler for at least 10 years to manage a property and have been totally satisfied! They screen tenants carefully and bring several prospective parties for us to choose. While one tenant did substantial damage after being in the house 5 + years, there was no way that could have been foreseen and really it was an accumulation of neglect by the tenants. The staff gets back to me immediately and repairs are handled promptly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Renters BEWEAR! Do not try and do business with these people. The WORST I MEAN THE WORST company. I was told in person in there office that I was the 1st applicant on a property to apply. 3 days later I was told we were not the chosen applicants. (First come first serve) let me remind you we were told we were the 1st clients. we were MORE THEN Qualified.

The property was not ready to be shown until a Monday. We waited until Monday. Come to find out they were already showing it. Cory an agent under Robin (he's the broker of Shidler development inc). Cory Told me to Fuck off on the phone. and told me she had already had an Application from someone else. We have already contacted authorities to take care of this.

Very unethical. Not only did they lie to us and miss led us they lied to our agent. We tried to contact Robin and they would not give us his number. They will be hearing from the board of realtors.

Applied for a rental. The rental person told me 3 to 5 days for a response. Strung me along for 10 days. Then would not give me an answer as to why I was denied. Unprofessional. When moving people are on deadlines.

This person is so dishonest. He charged my niece a deposit that was outrageous, that was In May. It is now the end of June and he has not returned the money. He is a BS person, very dishonest. He makes himself seem important and busy and at the end he is a dishonest businessman. She has filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate and will soon proceed with legal action against him, his company. Do not process anything with him and his company.

As a real estate agent and as someone that understands property management AND as someone that knows about renting and equal housing opportunity, these people do not follow the rules. I was also directly lied to by whomever answered the phone about their advertising policies. I would never advise any client to have this company manage their rental property.

I have worked with Shidler agents since 2002! They have always treated me well and been super responsive. Robin, Kaory, Christine, Michelle, Jonathan -- all have been responsive to my needs! Thanks for all you do!

Shidler development helped out me and my children when it counted the most. They found us a nice affordable house in a safe neighborhood. I have been with other agencies who end up raising the rent ever 6 months but shidler has not done this too my family. Michelle and Izel in the office have been wonderful and always willing to help if anything comes up. I wanted to give 5 stars but they need better candy in the jar at the counter.lol.

I had a wonderful experience with Shidler Development Inc. when Kaory Fielder-Leighton assisted me in getting my first home through the company. I stayed on Elm street for 4 years until I graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with my Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I worked as a social worker for 6 years and moved onto other things in my career. Now, I reside in Atlanta, GA and Orlando, FL will be my next and final home. LOL Again, it was a nice and pleasant experience working with Shidler and I do recommend it to others.

Shidler has helped my staff beyond belief. I am the owner of the Green Shack and have a great staff. My girls are so busy and the staff at SHIDLER have provided homes for most of my staff not to mention they have kept our rentals in great condition and always occupied.

I used Shidler to purchase, manage and eventually sell my Highland rental property. They always exceeded my expectations and provided outstanding service. The entire staff treats you like family. There is simply no one better in the Inland Empire to manage your rental property, or help you buy or sell one!

Shidler has been managing a property for us for 3-4 years now and has been totally professional. They vigorously market vacant properties (unlike my prior property manager) and vet potential renters throughly. Lisa has handled problems or repairs quickly and efficiently and the company's accounting system is clear and self-explanatory. I'm sorry others have had dificulties but remember the owners usually have to approve repairs before Shidler can act.

If I can give him 0 star I would. He is shady, dishonest and unprofessional. On Wednesday morning I found a cash only property on Belle St. San Bernardino. I called the office number and left a message for Robin with my name and property address. By the end of the day and before 5PM I didn't get a call back so I called the office again. But the office was already closed.

The following morning on Thursday I called the office and finally got a hold of someone. I told her that I'm interested in the property and I didn't get a call back. I asked to work with someone else but she said that Robin is the Broker and it's only him and his son Johnathan. She advised me to email him because he likes emails better. So I did. Again I get no call back.

Then I sent him a message on Google Hang out, he finally responded few hours later. When I finally spoke with him he was rude and arrogant. I asked if the home was available and in what condition. He said that the house is available and in good condition and he would buy it himself if he had the money. Shidler and I agreed that he would call me the following day to show me the property. Friday all day I had to make myself available waiting for this call that never came.

I called Robin but had no luck. Then I emailed him asking what happened and he finally responds in an email Saturday morning to tell me that they have accepted an offer and the property is no longer available. Today is Sunday and the property is on a backup offer status that he never made available to me. Seller and buyers be careful working with these shady broker.

I honestly wish I could give a lower rating than one star. They were unprofessional and after I submitted my applications they let me know that the home was no longer available a few days later, which wasn't a problem until they told me that they never even processed my applications. Idiots.

Terrible customer service! I was extremely interested in one of their rental properties, and contacted the agent to set up a viewing. I left a voicemail but did not receive a call back. I called back later and did finally get ahold of Deborah, who was in charge of this particular property. We set up a meeting to view the property, waited for 1/2 an hour, but no one showed up. Unfortunately, I had another appointment, so I had to leave.

I finally received a phone call from Deborah over an hour from our planned appointment time. She apologized and said she was in traffic, but couldn't call "because she was driving." Apparently these agents don't own bluetooths? Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the way I was handled and will not use this property management company for my real estate needs in the future.

3 1/2 Stars. I had known of Shidler Development for quite awhile. I was looking to move and found a few properties on their site I was interested in. One in particular (where I currently live) was my "Dream" home but the price was outrageous. I watched the place for 6 months, no one had rented it. Eventually they lowered the price and I swooped in like a hawk.

I don't have any major complaints about them, great company with a large selection of rentals throughout the IE. Every time I go in to pay my rent I'm greeted by a friendly and familiar staff. Its nice to have a decent relationship with your landlords. As with anywhere, there are some issues but nothing to run for the hills for. If you are a person who complains more then you congratulate. then I don't think you will be happy anywhere. PROS: Staff Properties Rental Prices CONS: No online payments Sometimes maintenance takes awhile (unless its an emergency, they will hustle for an emergency)

They don't fix sh. poor communication. Please if you're going to rent one of their properties, don't. They only care about the money. They won't ever pick up the phone when you call. I rented from them for 5yrs and had to fix everything out of pocket!
