The first home they helped us with, we sold quicker than a similar nearby home. The most recent made the home feel very clean not sterile, modern and homey. The modern home was beautiful, but the Showhomes team was able to enhance its finer points and make it feel modern, yet warm. Catherine with Showhomes and her amazing staff are so cost effective. Why stage? Because you want to sell, and her staging sells the house. Not only are her stagings top qualilty, so often the buyer asks to buy the house as staged. That's because seeing the room appropriately styled helps a buyer "see" the multiple uses a room can have. By hiring her, you'll save money that you would have spent out of house waiting for it to sell, and I can't imagine that the offers are not higher. Catherine's designs are accessible and inviting.

In addition, Catherine's team is highly motivated to assist their community by donating to nonprofits and supporting community programs. Catherine came over and donated a Christmas tree to our home for trafficked women, walked through and helped us "Stage" the house. It was much more welcoming to our guests after we made the suggested changes!

They literally transformed my minimalist modern downtown condo into a dream home decorated so stylishly - yet functionally. Any famous interior designer would be awestruck! Just some of the specifics: added all kinds of artwork in just the right places; created top- notch outdoor porch space with classy furniture; added sitting nook near a window, creating a new space in a large room; added many high quality kitchen accessories; added brilliant pops of color throughout the home via pillows and accessories which was desperately needed; and even custom built a piece that was specifically needed for the porch area.
