I have worked very little with the new owners of 6 Rivers but I can say they are nice at least the ones I've personally worked with and doing what they can but I will tell you keep looking on there website for rentals you like and call them an ask them to run your application to those properties you like otherwise they won't do it for you but hey they can't run them all with all there potential renters otherwise they'd get nothing else done.

I am super happy with six rivers. I have rented from them since 2019. Just recently our home sold and we had to move. It was such a stressful situation but Christina and Kylie really went above and beyond to find us a home. They dealt with all my phone calls, questions, and requests with grace. Seriously, I was so stressed and sometimes called multiple times a day.

They respond to maintenance requests within a day and most of the time within hours we have someone scheduling what needs to be done. Renters don't always leave the houses they rent in good condition and the employees here work hard to get the back where they need to be. I am super impressed with their dedication to making our stressful move a little less so.

I have leased my house from them for 2 yrs now. They are Very tentative to the needs of Both the renter as well as the owner. Get your application in Early, for they are popular and places are a 1st come 1st serve! The office staff are very nice and Quick to get things fixed.

I've been renting from Six Rivers for a year and a half. Once we got the ball rolling on what needed to be fixed via emails, Sarah and Janine fixed issues with my apartment in a timely manner. They were both very pleasant to work with. I'm very happy with the work they have done! Thank you Six Rivers Team!

I currently rent my home from Six Rivers. They communicate very well and fix your problems as soon as they can. Pay your rent on time and you will have no problems with them. Everyone in the office is very nice and I've never had any problems with them. I definitely would recommend renting from them, they are the sweetest people I've ever met.

Another victim to a horrible, unprofessional company. Mostly "worked" with Kylie. Her response time was the worst I have ever experienced. I had to keep on her with phone calls and e-mails to do her job. I even did half of her work for her by keeping in touch with my references through my apartment complex and old complex to get her the information she needed.

My apartment management was "shocked" that Kylie said the application process turn around time would be 2 weeks. In the end, it took almost 3 weeks; they took our application money, wasted our time, had to deal with the frustration of no communication and were eventually denied. Four listings on their website and her excuse was they were having to go through "high volumes" of applicants so their response time was slow; yet my property management in the busy BAY AREA has always gotten back to me within the hour. Thanks for the stress, taking our money and wasting our time.

I have been renting from Six Rivers Property Management going on my second year. What ever I need they are ready to help me. They are great with Section 8. Love the friendly staff they are like family members. Thank you so much Sarah and staff at Six Rivers Property Management team. I am able to have my Service dog with me. We are walking distance from the water trail. Beautiful.

Several emails and a few phone calls over multiple weeks asking a simple question about our lease has never been responded to. The lack of response is pretty ridiculous and must take effort to avoid dealing with tenants who have only ever taken care of the property and paid rent on time. Two stars because the maintenance person is responsive and helpful, likely because I am able to text them directly. It'd probably be a nightmare if I had to contact the rental office. Work on your tenant customer service.
