They hide behind locked doors for a reason. This is the rudest most unprofessional company I have ever known. Call and ask for Trevor if you'd like proof. Bipolar people such as him are not functional and should get some help. Their anger is a complete disservice to my properties that they manage.

Lupe Aguilera is the worst. The entire staff is horrible and she is the ring leader. She has no professionalism at all. Not sure how she even has a job. I wonder if she is working for free. I have worked with many of these companies and this one is the top 5 worst I have interacted with.

I had to give a star to review them, but if I could it would be zero. They take forever to get back to you, and when they do they're condescending, particularly if you're a renter. It figures that they represent the worst and most expensive HOA in Ventura County that provides no amenities. Lupe, in particular, is a prime example of someone who believes she has actual power. Avoid using this firm and thier services at all costs.

Extremely rude and unprofessional; I've been trying for weeks to get them to approve "construction plans" (rewiring underground aka digging some shallow holes) to get my internet service up and running for work, but am never able to get ahold of the property manager in charge of my association and when I am she is rude, uninterested and unprofessional.

For example, outside of her lack of interest or motivation, "she usually comes into the office around 11:30", you have to call several times and tell them you've called and come in several times to light even the slightest fire under their feet, and when you thank her she is either unresponsive or says "yeah". If I had known this company's reputation before buying my home, I would have bought elsewhere. Spoke with the manager of this manager & she was eating/smacking her food on the phone, yelling and being extremely passive aggressive. Luckily, I thought ahead and was able to record the entire conversation.

Last but not least, they were closed on Columbus Day, this is just for laughs. The library and post office don't even close on Columbus Day. Kids still have school on Columbus Day. My bank processes checks on Columbus Day.

Nearly all of my calls get no call backs, most emails get a response after 5 - 7 days, they are slow to resolve issues that take effort. Just make sure you are never late on a payment to them because they will make sure that you will regret it.

The phone at the gate rings my cell at all hours of the day and night and has woken me several times. I called the office over a month ago and they assured me it would be taken care of. So far it has not. I am tired of getting calls that interrupt sleep and work.
