Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I filled out at least 17 applications in 2017. Apparently I qualify for one apartment and I can't get any information from anyone. I have called daily and the receptionist is rude. I asked for voice mail because the people I should talk to are never available. This agency is very unprofessional and uncaring.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I called to speak with the occupancy specialist, Dawn, a few times. The woman that answered all the calls was rude every time. To avoid speaking to her I tried calling the other numbers listed. Unfortunately, all those calls were recieved by her. She was demeaning and rude. I asked her to do nothing but connect my call to Dawn.
I was caught by surprise by the hostility in her tone when I first called. Never have I spoken to this woman but she seemed determined to be as rude as possible. Speaking to me the way she did because I asked to speak with someone was uncalled for. Besides the terrible phone reception, I was constantly recieving Dawn's voicemail and not recieving a call back.
After leaving a recording once every few days I asked if I could know her specific hours. I seem to never catch her at her desk no matter when I called. The same person just responded with a vague "she's in the office but not at her desk." If she is in the office each time I call and leave my contact info why can she not respond back? What is the purpose of a the phone numbers and answering machine? I would not recommend this place. Just based on the poor customer service I recieved over and over again by the receptionist I assume and Dawn.
