Stones River was very quick to contact us back after reaching out. Keeli did a great job and had all the answers to questions we had about the unit we are renting. The leasing and rental portal is very easy to navigate and clear to what we are supposed to do.

Stones River Properties is a very well organized and efficient company when used to rent a home. Specifically, Karen is amazing. She is extremely responsive. She responds within minutes to any concern or question you may have. You definitely get the feeling that she actually cares and is not just doing her job. She let us tour the perfect rental property and had us approved the same day of the tour. She continues to be an excellent contact and always makes sure we are satisfied. As a landlord, Crystal Kerns was my property manager before her assignment changed. My experience with her is she was an excellent communicator and was fair in representing the renters and the landlords. Stones River Property Management has a great system and is a well oiled machine with all the right tools.

I am pleased to write this recommendation for Stones River Property Management and Crystal Kerns, our Property Manager. The process in which we went through to get our home rented was quick and seamless. Crystal is great with communication and is always quick to respond either with an email, text or call if more details are needed. Crystal is also very knowledgeable in this industry and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation.

Something unrelated to the rental process was a problem we ran into before closing escrow. The owner, Ron Hodges took the time to discuss the problem we had in great detail and offered advice that helped us with our situation. I appreciate everyone I have worked with at this office, and look forward to a long working relationship with them. I had been struggling to find a place perfect for me and mine. I had reached out to Stones River, specifically Crystal, numerous times and stuff they had available was going like hot cakes. Crystal never got sick of me calling and was so nice each time. She didn't give up on us and told us to just keep watching the website for more openings. We snagged one and she was a beast for us in getting us through the process in a speedy manner. Once we were approved she didn't put off drawing up the lease for us. Tanya was fast, friendly and efficient. We military and we needed housing FAST for our family of 5! She was totally understanding and helpful, she took us to two properties to look at in person before applying, EVEN WITH HER OWN KIDDOS IN TOW, and amazingly enough got us into our new place and out of the one bedroom hotel almost overnight! She is a very hard worker! Although we are renting, we hope to use her to buy our first home.

Keeli was such a gem to work with. She was very respectful and responsive. She took good care of me and my husbands wants and needs when it came to securing our place. She made the process super easy and it was not as stressful as it has been in the past for us. If we ever have to move again I will definitely be asking for her!

This is for owners looking to rent their properties. I will say they are all very responsive in terms of communication. Perhaps it's timing/time of year but I signed a contract end of September understanding they would expedite repairs which they did ($9K of work) with the expectation a renter would be in by November. Two months passed with maybe 2-3 potentially qualified renters. $$$ rent income lost, expediting made no difference, I could have contracted work out independently and saved myself mark ups.

The owner's portal for invoicing is rudimentary, needs improvement in terms of clearer invoicing for accounting purposes. Time, communication, and transparency are key for me. I definitely appreciate the prompt communications but it ultimately boils down to ease of business and $, something to think about as a potential client using to rent a property!

SCAMMERS! They were very nice in the beginning! I rented from this place from August-October 2021. I needed to move out early and did everything I needed to do. I paid the 2 months of rent for breaking the lease early. I made sure everything was in tiptop shape prior to move out. I believe in doing the right thing and I expected the same respect. I was told this was one of the cleanest nicest move outs that she had seen in a while.

So I thought everything was fine. I waited for 30+days for my security deposit and when I called I was told of the "damages". It was RIDICULOUS what they saw as damages. The woman who did the inspection no longer works for the company. They refuse to return my deposit! I am taking these scammers to court! I don't care how much it cost me! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Keeli was the agent I worked and she did a exceptional job. This is my first time renting a home and she was very knowledgeable in the home and made my process so fast and easy, literally only took a day for the entire process. She kept in touch the whole time and her personality is very likeable. Be sure to use Keeli anytime, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Keeli was very responsive to my needs. I lost a confirmed Airbnb rental (the host cancelled) only a few weeks before my current lease expired. After locating a property that interested me on the Stones River Property Management website, Keeli scheduled an appointment with me right away and assisted me with an immediate replacement. Melissa Wilson did a wonderful job helping us find a place and get moved in stress-free! She was very professional, easy to work with and always willing to answer any questions we had. That was very valuable to us especially since we were not familiar with the area. She was very organized and even sacrificed her time on her off day to be sure that she accommodated our particular move in schedule. We highly recommend her!

We needed to get into a rental very quickly and Karen made it happen. She has been a delight to work with. In addition to being very prompt in her responses, there was no hesitation to answer any of the multiple questions we had. The whole application and move-in process was very fast and easy. The office staff is very friendly as well. We are happy with the decision to use Stones River Property Management for the next 12 months.

We are currently in our second property and second lease with Stones River. We have been very happy in our lease and enjoy our neighborhood. Maintenance is great on their turn around time. I have submitted a ticket through the portal and received feedback within the hour. Great communication and you do not feel at all like you're being ignored.
