I moved from Holly Ridge to Florida in 2009, and my home buying experience with Sue Cruddas Real Estate was so positive that I signed a contract with them for property management of my home-turned-rental property. Living in FL the last 13 years, I've always been able to rely on Jennie and the property management team to handle any concerns quickly and effectively. Hurricanes, storm damage, or appliance repairs - they handled it all.

I also looked forward to the annual Christmas calendar magnet! I just completed the sale of my first home and the experience was just as pleasant and pain free as the original purchase. I've always felt like they had my best interest in mind, and they've also been very attentive of every tenant I've ever had. In my opinion, that speaks volumes about the character of the organization.

Sue and her team are #1 in the area. They are professional, honest and valuable. We have been clients of hers since 2011. Originally they were set as our property managers, assisting since we are a military family relieving of all the stresses that come along with property management. They make it easy and they are trusted with the right decisions along the way.

Great team! PCSed here right after the hurricane two years ago and wasn't able to see the rental in person before hand. They were very accommodating and were able to do a virtual viewing. When we arrived at our new place everything was exactly as expected and we were very happy. Very trust worthy team and we never had any issues or trouble getting someone to come out for maintenance issues ect. Our move out was smooth and over all best company we could have chosen. If we ever get stationed here again. We'll be sure to choose the Sue Cruddad team!

If I could give less than one star that would have been been the rating. I never leave reviews or post comments however I had to make an exception in this instance. I applied for a unit with this realty company and the woman that was supposed to be handling said application process, Ruth was not only rude and dismissive she then outright ignored me and has never followed up with me regarding my rental application nor has anyone else from their company.

I don't know how they rent/sale homes to anyone successfully if this is the way they treat potential clients/renters. I have since found another agent at a different company that has found my family a wonderful rental home and did so without being rude.

Jennie Kavanaugh is the best! I've known her for 20 plus years! Not only is she family but I consider her a sister! Sue and her team have been great, they managed our property for years providing quick responses to our questions, finding renters, and making sure our house/investment was properly managed. Just recently we decided to sell our house, and with the transition of moving and retiring from the Military it was nice to rest assured they had everything under control.

The house was under contract, while we still had a renter, and the closing date was only a few days after the renters moved out, "due to holiday". Seamless transition, due to the hard work of her and her team! Great job!

I've tried to sell my house many times, but this last time was the only time i got a bite. It was really quick too. I felt taken care of and all my questions, no matter how dumb they were, were answered almost immediately. I live in a different time zone so the response time and the ability to send me everything remotely was convenient. They also took care of the house while it was a rental, same awesome service.
