The owner straight up discriminated against me, bad mouthing me to my roommates any chance she got. Would constantly make derogatory statements about me (I'm Hispanic/Latina) and how my roommates would be better of with me. Made assumptions that I had bed bugs and roaches, and I was dirty which is why I was a single mother. Anytime I would call with anything she would never call me back instead would call my roommates.
Once our lease was up ( property owners sold their home) I tried renting a different property with them and she straight told my roommates to their face that she would rent to them but not to me because I would just bring roaches and bed bugs. I cannot think of any reason why they would have these assumptions of me besides prejudice.

I have used Sunburst to manage a rental property for three years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They use their own contractors for repairs which is extremely cost effective, and renters they selected were always great. They also helped me balance risk and worked with a home warranty company. The people are courteous and excellent to work with.
When it came time to sell the property, Sunburst was also at hand. I used them as my real estate agency which was the right choice. The transition from rental property to sales property was extremely smooth and fast. They provided great advice and charged very little for repairs and an uplift. Such a smooth experience that went from list to completed escrow within three weeks. I would highly recommend Sunburst for anyone looking to rent out a property or for real estate services. Kudos to the team at Sunburst.

We are tenants of Sunburst Property management and they are great! They're super responsive and polite. Were very flexible with us when moving in which made it way less stressful. Any work order I have put in and any questions I've had are handled almost immediately and they follow up. Couldn't be happier In our new home! Sunburst has a wonderful team of property managers who were friendly and attentive from the start. They responded quickly to service requests and would follow up with regard to anything that may have been not working properly. Their staff really cares and wants both the tenant and owner to have a good experience. I have been with Sunburst Property Managment for almost over 20 years, Madeleine has been great on finding the right families for our rental home. They take care of the renters with fairness. They are quick in responding when owners call. They handle situation professionally dealing with home owners and renters. The staff at Sunburst Property Management were always a pleasure to work with. They are very welcoming and genuinely nice people. They are very receptive to discuss any questions or concerns you may have during your rental period. They are also quick to address any issues that may arise.
