My wife and I moved into this location in July 2006. We ended up leaving in February of 2011, because we had a child and we needed more space. Jason LaPoint, the property manager is a great guy and treated us fairly. The maintenence guy, Sal, was the best part of living here. Anything that needed fixed was done so quickly. The only downside I can think of is that it is noisy from the Hermosa Beach Pier and bars.

I lived in this property for the better part of six years and only left because it was time to move to a bigger apartment. I can't say more about the landlord/staff. If something broke, it was fixed within 24 hours. If there was too much noise in one of the other apartments (a rarity), the landlord spoke with them immediately and solved the problem.
When I moved in, the carpets were on their last legs. After about a year there, I asked the landlord i we could do anything about it. Within 2 weeks, they were installing wood floors in my living room. Can't ask for more than that. Sal the maintenance guy is out there every day, power washing the complex, making sure everything is neat and clean. My hope is my new landlords are half as good as my old ones.
