Renting from Jeff Pralle has been wonderful. He is fair, honest, and truly invested in his renters and the integrity of the property. My family and I have been very happy in our apartment since August 2016. Under proper regulations, Jeff allowed our small dog to live here also. We are truly grateful for everything. Last fall, Jeff sold this particular property, and we miss his direction very much.

I rented from Footstep Management for about 6 years total and only stopped because the owner sold the property. Jeff was a great landlord, easily the best and most involved I've had throughout my adulthood. He took a chance on renting to me in the first place when I wasn't in a great spot in life. He helped me adjust my lease through a personal conflict and also helped my wife and I upgrade to a larger unit.

They are very by-the-book. The lease and agreements are thorough; they dot every I and cross every T. While they are strict with properly guidelines and rent collection, they are also very fair and compassionate. Maintenance requests were always handled without delay and communication was regular. I fully recommend renting from Footstep.
