Before you start looking for a home to buy, it's a good idea to meet with your Loan Officer to get pre-approved for a loan amount. Start the Loan Process includes a credit report, W-2 forms, pay stubs, Federal Tax Returns and recent bank statements. There are a variety of different loan programs, so make sure to get pre-qualification for the specific programs that best suit your needs.

Consistently uses the worst sub-contractors. If they build your house, then you sell your house, and the buying agent is from Rhodes, guess who now knows exactly what you paid for your house? If they build you a house and there is a problem with the house, they do all they can to keep from fixing it. If you don't believe me, look up how many pending law suits they have against them.

Been called out several times for the very same problem on AC unit. They just keep covering up the problem with freon but never fixing the leak. Unit needs to be repaired or replaced, not patched. My granddaughter and roommate have been living in 90 degrees heat since the beginning of the semester all while paying rent. This is horrible business.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I don't like how they manage their rental properties. They aren't responsive when it comes to repairing anything & you'll have to beg just for them to come fix. They'll have an attitude also like it's not their job or as it is stated on the contract that they have to come fix any issues.
